Great customer service, Rosa was very helpful she helped me right away and asked what I needed. I went in for a return and to ship out a package and she answered all of my questions that I had. I needed my package to be shipped quickly and she assured me that my package would arrive by the time needed. She made sure the process was quick and easy so that I could be ok my way. Overall Rosa's customer service and attitude was great!

This is my go-to UPS store! The place so is clean and the young lady there, Diana, is very friendly! She always helps me with my packages and gives me information to any questions I might have. She makes sure I never leave without any receipts and shes just very helpful?! I refuse to visit another location or be helped by someone else!

This is such a great location to go to. I haven’t been to a ups and didn’t know how to go about sending a package. But I was helped a lot by Diana, she took care of me and did her absolute best to work with me. She didn’t cut corners and went out of her way to help me when I didnt even know what i wanted :)

My experience here was phenomenal. I had a last minute printing job and a package to deliver, and Diana helped me in a timely fashion with both. The efficiency was amazing. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and careful, which I know is a reflection of the entire staff.
