The salesman Nathan was very unprofessional and rude. It seem like he was very impatient and was stressing over simple question. Wouldn't do business with this guy.

3 employees in the store, 2 are workers plus 1 "manager" who only looks leaning on the counter instead of helping to serve the customers who are in line when requested

First off, I would like to say great customer service to the two employees that were there. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me and my husband. Edwin and xitlali make a wonderful team. They did get a little busy, but that didn't stop them from having a great customer service! And listening to what we needed and wanted and working with us!! And they both had wonderful attitudes!!

I've been scammed by two separate T mobile reps at this location. Dante and George. Dante told my iPhone 11 would be eligible for a trade in then says at the end of the deal my iPhone isn't eligible because it won't charge. Turns out it charges and the wire I was using didn't work. I discovered this only after getting an iPhone 14. I've been told Dante has since been fired. George was the rep who helped me and my wife change her plan and phone to mine and updated us on a Galaxy s23 which he told us would be free. The phone is only half off but T-mobile cooperate says it's the contract we signed so they can't help. By the way the s23 never worked, the s23 was never able to make or receive calls or texts. Our bill is now $819 and our phones have been on for about a week of two months! There's a manager always in the store who avoids us and walks in his office whenever we come in. As of writing this review our phones are off. We're being charged for all 3 phones with no service, and cooperate isn't helping. Don't come here and don't come to T-Mobile! They've done this to multiple people who were in the store talking to reps while we were there!

There was a complete change in employees, and they are super cheerful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location go anybody. I love how they explained what promos I was eligible for and hooked it up for this upcoming Xmas. Go check them out. You won't regret it

This is by far the Best store I've been to and I've been w TMobile for over 6 years.The Manager Raymond along with represetatives Rudy,Neo,and Donte are Awesome And Very knowledgeable,The whole staff are nice to their customers and go above and beyond to help theres a girl worker there also but I didn't remember her name,(Sorry) I Advise everyone to go there for their needs.Thank you TMOBILE-2792

I want to thank a team member at t mobile named Donte. He was not only professional but his multitasking skills are excellent. He was able to assist other customers while still communicating and helping me with my phone services. My daughter was next door getting her nails done and I ran in to change my existing carrier and he went thru all promotions and sale phone options that’s worked for me. T mobile needs more team players like him. Keep up the great work T mobile at 1301 E Rosecrans Ave!!

I went in there to make a payment. It took for ever about 1 hr 30 mins. They should have a line for payment an a line for people that are getting new phone. (BAD SERVICE)

I waited more than an hour. The staff didn’t even asked me what I was there for. Usually there is always someone writing down who is next and what they need. When finally it was my turn they would help someone else. They told me I needed to wait for the manager and it was going to be more waiting. They need more organized managers.

The service was okay but a little better was Sally and her dude that made it happen again keeping it real good time for about 3hrs wait time..I really appreciate your help I really like the support, check it out 5 star
