Have been in and out. This day did the drive thru. Purchased a medicine ball and a refresher. Both very good, so nice to have a Starbucks in the neighborhood. Until next time....

Service! Service was bad honestly. If you can just avoid this place! New people with bad attitude. Mostly the younger ones. Also the manager/supervisor thinks he is on top of the world. Been a customer of this place for a while. But today was just it!

These people don't even blend the drinks . I asked for double blended because I know how they be and I still taste ice in my frappe . Any other Starbucks taste good but this one is down the street from my house so it's more convenient for me. However, I'm tired of them messing up my drinks. 0 stars .

this location has a problem of getting cupholders. It's been over 2 months of me coming here and was told that there are no cupholders. I have to hold my drinks like this when I drive home and pray and thank God that it didn't or doesn't spill when I make it home...Mind you I come every morning so it's not that they run out they never got em!!

I travel Los Angeles and go to many Starbucks throughout the region. This store gets it right every time. Most stores dont get my order right, and it's a simple Chai with a shot of expresso. This store exceeds their service and consistency of products. Compton, CA stays on the map.

Just left this Starbucks without getting anything due to them not getting my order right. Then when I pulled up to the window I told them if they charged me right and they only charged me for two items when I CLEARLY said at the ordering window about my two other drinks. So I kindly had asked the guy if he can charge me two drinks. He said I had to get off and go inside to pick up. I clearly went to the drive thru for a reason cause I did not want to get off and this staff was making me get off l. So unprofessional. This Starbucks is the closest to my residence and I will not be going to this anymore. I will happily drive to a further one with better staff. PS, even the manager there instead of trying to make it right, she also said I had to get off my vehicle to go inside for a mistake that was their fault.

First of all I was given the wrong size of drinks, when we were at drive thru I had asked her a question and she tells me with an attitude "I can't hear you". After I noticed that she give me the wrong sized drinks, I asked for an extra venti drink and she again tells me rudely "I can't hear you" again so clearly Homegirl has hearing issues and got my order wrong. So at this point my husband took over and spoke to her cause for some reason she can't hear me but she hears him? She told him that he has to go inside to pick up the drink yet, her coworker inside told her the drink was ready and handed it to us without having to go inside. Seems to me she was just trying to be petty or having a bad day and took it out on me. Never going back.

I really liked this place and has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately they didn’t have any matcha but their drinks are really tasty. Nice staff and nice customers too.

Customer service is a 0!!! Whoever is at drive thru needs some serious deep ear cleaning. Repeated my order like 3x and they still got it wrong. Went inside to have the drinks remade and they had the audacity to talk smack between the coworkers while I was still there. They need to take their job a little more serious no wonder they have a 2 star review. Don't come here if you want your drinks to be made poorly.

Store #10307On May 20, 2023 @ 11:53am I went through the drive thru and ordered. Whomever is at ur speaker is dumb asf and was extremely rude. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and got charged for it but only got a caramel frappe. Wouldn't care if there wasn't like a $2 difference. Teach ur employees abt not being rude and getting orders right fr.

I use this place often and half of the time they make my drink wrong.I usually pick up and just leave the place in rush with no time to check the item carefully. It really disappoint me when I was about to take a sip and turn out it’s wrong because I get Starbucks to give myself some energy and motivation for the rest of the day.It is also bad that the employees never seem to care about customers. When I go to pick up drinks and try to ask for a help, they tend to ignore me for 5-6 times until they react to my “Excuse me”.I hope they would try to to better in the future.
