Came in in a really short notice and though they have another customer, Alex took care of my car quickly. Very fast, very efficient, and even told me about my car recall even though I'm only there for smog test & certification. Great customer service. Will go again.

I'm a women so by nature car stuff is out of my scope of knowledge (girls you know what im talking about). The dmv refused to renew my registration with out first getting a smog check & had to show it passed. I had no idea what that even was and after looking around for a honest, reliable smog center I decided to come to Sia's STAR smog test center. The guy at the front was so kind and explained to me what a smog test was & even checked my car engine to see if everything was ok. I am so happy I chose Sias STAR smog test center. Pleased to say I passed and was able to renew my registration!

This place is great worker really knows what he's doing, my car failed twice, because it had been sitting for a long time, and the worker recommended, the worker recommended I remove the old gas and run a fuel system cleaner, because I was only 2 points over, ans I did his recommendation, and it it tested it tested better than. A new car or hybrid on emissions
