DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HEREThe first time they called me from this location saying my prescription was ready so I went to go pick it up.I get there and he says that I don’t have anything to pick up I make him look up my account and says “they sent it to another location and that I would just have to wait and they could do it” mind you I had looked up the number and location to that rite aid and they were the ones that called me . I had the day off so whatever and said ok. I waited an hour but it’s fine I’m pregnant and don’t want to stress myself out. Another prescription TODAY I get a call saying it was the last day to pick up my prescription and told them I never even got a voicemail about picking anything up she said sorry and that today was the last day to pick it up i said okay. I got off of work at 5 I get there at 520 and I tell the lady I’m there for pick up she tells me they already put it back I tell her they just called me telling me to pick it up by the end of the day and she said they should have told you by 230 and that I would have to call and come back tomorrow to pick up my prescription. It was that same lady that called me earlier I remember her voice and I told her they did not tell me a time she literally told me by the end of the day which is closing time for them. That’s the last time I send anything here they just mess around in there because they can never get anything g right

Most of all these employees have nasty attitudes. This is not the first , last time I came around 4 pm to but ice cream frm where they serve it girl Yell NO iCE cream ok I left today John the mgr . Pass by me 4 times pretend it I’m not there standing. I asked this is open right nagging shaking his head yes he said go pay for it. By the way when I enter the store the young cashier I asked ice cre polar open she said yes no one bother to give me service this is sad .. now the black lady as I can understand if I’m a bad customer but nooooo I’m kind to them

Fernando at the pharmacy was unprofessional today. All I wanted was a consultation and to confirm the Instructions so I know for my health safety and he was very rude and aggressive . He didn't even have my medication ready. Get together man it's not my fault your life sucks.

I can't understand why this Rite Aide never has ice. Every time I go in for ice, I see a big freezer full of plastic..WTF? If I can help it, I'll no longer stop in this location, regardless of how close it is to my home.

My daughter wanted to go to the bathroom. And the manager in charge who was collecting cash. He told me that he would come in a minute and open me up. I told him three times and that's how I passed it on. He is a guero with tattoos on his neck and glasses....
