I can't understand why this Rite Aide never has ice. Every time I go in for ice, I see a big freezer full of plastic..WTF? If I can help it, I'll no longer stop in this location, regardless of how close it is to my home.

Worst service ever. I enter at 8am today and ask the lady in front if she works here & she doesn't say anything even tho I'm only 2 feet away and can clearly tell she works here however I asked to use the restroom because I'm pregnant and can't hold it any longer. First she begins to state that it is out of service. Ok, understandable. BUT PUT A DAMN SIGN. I politely ask if I can use the restroom the employees use, I wouldn't ask if it wasn't an emergency, then she said they lost they key to it someone took it. Now she's just making up excuses I can tell her fatass cannot do the favor of opening it for a pregnant woman. No courtesy whatsoever and also a big LIAR because Employers are required by federal law to provide restrooms for their workers.

Pésimo servicio en la farmacia Las personas que reciben las rectas y las que las entregan .Parece que las tienen a la fuerza Si no les gusta el servicio al cliente nose porque están ahí . El guardia es el único amable en esta farmacia

Worst pharmacy ever! They're so unorganized and careless! I decided to change from the rite aid in Downey to this one since it just around the corner from me and I made a huge mistake. My medications are never ready after I call and I get told that they're ready. Not only do I have to stand in line fore more that 10 minutes every time but also 9 times out of 10 the medication they tell me is ready over the phone is not ready. HORRIBLE! Staff in the pharmacy shows ZERO consideration. I will save myself the frustration I get every time I have to go here and happily return to my original pharmacy in Downey! DON'T GO HERE especially if you have elderly loved ones that are constantly needing medicine. They won't care how bad you need your medication.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Currently had a caregiver calling and waited 30 min and she just hung up. No one answered. I'm currently on wait it's been 30 min and still no answer. Let's see how long I'm on hold for. I will refer my clients to another pharmacy from now on.

I wish they had a sign that says you have to purchase the ice cream before actually receiving it, that way no one just stands there waiting for someone to help them out. Ice cream was weird and tasted old. Employees were nice though.

They have a very bad customer service i just wasted my time waiting in line like 15 minutes to pick up my medicine because I need to get information before to have it and the lady wasn't there because they went to the lunch time hello they should put that Information about we don't give you service on our lunch time right

Items stocked with the wrong prices they have a supervisor named Janette (Hispanic) with a extremely bad attitude actually nasty attitude I see that's why the rating for this Rite Aid is low and the show of customers as a swell Walmart is taking over Pharmacies employees have a extremely nice attitudes.

I visit this location many times and the staff are always helpful. Even when they were out of stock due to COVID they still did what they could do to help. I have been happy with the service here.

This is by far the most dirty nasty restroom I have seen. Don't understand how it got this bad because they pick and choose who they let it since it's locked. There was supplies either. No toilet paper, no cover seats, and the hand dryer didn't work. There was even flies there where all the old dried toilet paper was.

Went to Ride Aid to Purchase Monthly Supplies for the Household Always End Up Spending $300+ a Month at Ride-Aid. It's Been About a Year Since I Moved From Athens over To Compton This Location Has The Worst Service and Always Out of Their Sale Items Thats The Only Reason Why I End Up Going To The Rite-Aid on Imperial and Crenshaw Do To Them Being In Stock and Great Customer Service. Today i Happen to Go In to The One in Compton Cause i Wasnt Feeling The Drive Out There in This Heat. I Was Looking For an Axe Apollo Clear on Deodorant and All They Had Was The White Roll On. I Decided to Ask For Help and Ask an Associate. I Bumped Into Veronica and Told Her What I was Looking For and She Told Me That They Never Carried Clear Roll On AXE Deodorant . When I Had Bought It There Before In Different Occassions....LIER! That Was My Thought. So I Mentioned It to Her That I Had Bought It There Before.Then She Changed Her Story to We Are Not Going To Carry It No More. So I Asked In All Ride-Aid's. Veronica Told Me No Just In This Location....I Said To my Self You Dam Fool. So I Told My Mother Lets Just GO And Get Our Stuff From Wal-Mart I'm Pretty Sure They'll Have It In Stock and We'll Just End Up getting The Rest of The Stuff There As Well. THEY'RE $$$$ LOSS FOR HIRING PEOPLE LIKE VERONICA. I WONT BE COMING TO THIS RITE AID NOT EVEN FOR ICE CREAM.

Customer service at this store is subpar. What are you doing working as a store clerk/cashier if you are going to have a nasty attitude? The older lady working the register is beyond rude, she is lucky she is close to retirement otherwise I would've asked to speak to her Supervisor. How hard is it to be courteous? You don't have to be all smiles and all but at least have some kind of common courtesy. I went in to purchase some beauty products and they had a sale of buy 2 get $5 off. When my items were rung up, items were full priced so I asked the elderly lady aren't these products on sale? She gave me a nasty look and said " I don't know you need to get the ad see and check yourself" who says that to a paying customer? Ugh! I didn't want to make a big deal so proceeded to help myself to an ad , then I saw a young lady working the beauty section so I kindly asked her if she worked the section and she said yes and paused. Whatever happen to a simple " how may I help you?" These employees need to attend a customer service class for dummies course. I went back to the register hoping I get an new cashier and again the rude old lady. I told her I had the ad for the mascaras and she didnt want to honor them because they were not teared.
