Fernando did an amazing job delivering our POD with the awesome Podzilla (super cool machine). He was professional (gave us a heads up when he was coming), courteous (took care not to damage nearby structures), and skilled at maneuvering the POD just where it needed to go. It was a much faster process than we expected.

My mom had the best experience with Pods through the entire process. They were easy to work with, order, and great at communicating. Our driver FERNANDO HEREDIA was the BEST!! He was very patient and accommodating. We wish we could rate him 10/10 stars!! Pods made moving extremely easy.

Fernando and John were fabulous, they worked very hard not to damage the property and were able to fit the three pods in a tight spot. I was truly grateful that they worked so well with us. I'd give more stars, if I could.

John was very professional and did a great job. The POD was initially supposed to be delivered to the driveway, but that wasn’t possible due to the proximity to the neighbor’s driveway. He was able to place it on the street with no issue. Thank you, John, for helping me get things figured out and for great service!

This review is for the delivery of my POD container only. Due to an error, two PODs (one empty, one half-filled) were mistakenly sent to my address. The first driver couldn’t fit the POD into the driveway, leaving it on the street. When John, the driver of the correct POD, arrived, he confidently backed it into the driveway in minutes. After dealing with the stress of the order error, a POD on the street, potential ticketing, and a long customer service call, John’s calm and efficient delivery was a huge relief. Thank you, John!
