The only reason why I go back to this location is because I'm on the point system with them and that's why I give it 3 stars. Often when I go here, there is one clerk in particular who always has an attitude when I bring my purchases to the counter. I like the Pinks in Hawthorne so much better. Their customer service is impeccable

Hair to too pricey ($250), if you can't try it on or bring it back. Maybe Covid did it, but we're past this transmission phase maybe? The hazard to us is its processing chemicals and now the no return policy...Go figure..Idk.
