I've been with them since 1995. When I 1st opened my acct it was great. Easy to get a hold of someone if any issues accused. Customer service was good. Now it take 3 days of me calling and finally going in person to talk to someone. The worst part is that the tellers answer the phone and they are so nice but can't help you at all. They are stuck apologizing that no one has called you back. I'm so sad that this institution has become so bad.

Ever since the black staff left, this place seems to have become full of people who lack communication, customer service skills and move at a pace of IDGAF. The tellers take their time, absolutely unfazed by wait times, loan officers won't respond to requests(I put in a car loan in May, every week I request an answer and they give me the runaround), the atms works 40% of the time. Also miss the Aflac guy and his free donuts

WHERE IS THE 24/7 FRAUD ASSISTANCE PHONE NUMBER????????? On the website, it's indicated under quick links with NO quick link. You guys really need to open on the weekends, at least on Saturdays, and update your website to this century. Simply ridiculous!!!

I don't have an account here but a client of mine was unable to receive a simple email about a previous loan he had in 2017 under their credit union. We called the credit union and all they said was that they were understaffed and will sent it when they had time. What type nonsense is that.

Customer service is terrible. Called 5 days in a row for loan details, never received a call back. When I did get through via phone they left me on hold more than 15 mins. I called back and was left on hold again without any courtesy of coming back to the line to let me know. Had to eventually go into the credit union to retrieve the details in person.

My first ever Yelp review. This has to be by far the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. They don't allow transfers between accounts you have to go through another site. Then at that site if you change your email they lock you out. Then their "systems" are always down. Currently locked out my account for weeks and the branch can't do anything. I don't understand why they can't just be a normal bank just have to go through so much to do simple task. Going on over a week locked out my account not because of any transactions... but because of an email change... unbelievable

Customer service is non-existent, super unprofessional and inconvenient. Rarely responsive, not helpful or understanding in any way, only one branch with one faulty ATM. Save your time and mind, do not get yourself stuck in a contract with this institution!

I have been with Mid-Cities since the 1970s. In the past decade I have found the institution to be extraordinarily inefficient and inept. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone there. Leaving a message? It's never answered. They have mis-managed my account several times. The staff has to be replaced.
