I have dealt with them on several occasions with several different automobiles and they never disappoint me. They go above and beyond to assure you understand what type of service it is you need and then again for the type of service you will be getting. They explain the price for the service you need and work with you on the service and price you are willing to pay. I would and have recommended them to family and friends.

They are a horrible place to go to, like people has said about them before they will not fix your car they will break it. Sam is racist and they don't treat you first come first serve they treat you how they want to treat you, I came as soon as they opened and all I wanted them to do was diagnose my car and that took 4 hours. Not only that, they couldn't find the part to my car and it took them 25 minutes on the phone and then they tried to overcharge me like they always do for everything!I honestly think they were treating me bad because I am young and I have a Mercedes and they think I don't know anything about cars. I would not recommend going to them at all. They overcharge. I run a business of my own and I'm all about satisfy my customers fulfills but they dont care about the customer at all, they just want your money. Mexi auto service showed me a lot. And also they tried to overcharge me for a part and I said I'll come back and they let me leave in my car without putting some screws back in my car. That's a lawsuit and they don't care about your safety. They called me, when I was on my way home saying oh we forgot to put some screws back in. Why would you guys let me leave and drive off and everything wasn't put back on my car. That's a safety hazard if anything happened to my car it wound have been their fault. Mexi auto sevice is just like all these other car places. They don't really fix what's needs to be done they fix what they want to fix. Only go to a dealership, that's the best professional way to go, they fix cars the best! These mechanic shops on the street are scams! I repeat don't go to Mexi auto, they will break your car not fix it!

VERY BAD BUSINESS LADIES. THEY CATER TO MEN. WOMEN ARE NOT AS IMPORTANT TO THEM EVEN THO THEY’RE CHARGED THE MOST. NASTY ATTITUDES THAT HAVE GOTTEN WORSE OVER THE YEARS. THEY DON’T ACCEPT WHEN THEY’RE WRONG ABOUT SOMETHING AND RATHER ARGUE WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS. MY VEHICLE WAS THERE ALL DAY AND STILL WASN’T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED UNTIL I SHOWED UP. AFTER I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DROP IT OFF 1ST THING THAT MORNING. NEED TO LEAVE THEIR PERSONAL ISSUES AT HOME. I SAID WHAT I SAID‼️

I came in to get a new tire since mine was flat and I had the spare on. I spoke to Sam and he was able to get my new tire on quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this shop. It is family owned and they will not screw you over.

worst mechanic shop in compton they're lazy non working procrastinating people . they charge you for whatever comes to mind . they don't care what you came in to fix ,they'll find something to fix and charge you for that or send you somewhere else when they don't feel like working . worst experience never going there again dont waste your time . they dont work like they use to ,they're watered down now.
