Went in to buy a new phone was able to find what I wanted. I was offered a phone case but didn't like the in store selection so I opt out of the phone case . I get home look at me receipt and notice I was charged $22.99 for a tempered glass screen protector that I was NOT asked if I wanted.

The first metro pcs store i ever stepped foot in 👀and felt like a customer the staff is awesome nice they gave information was patient customer service skills are great even kept my bad as kids busy while i handled business lol they not that bad but i felt comfortable i enjoyed spendong my money i switched over happily Caroline and that guy with the glasses are what stores need they welcomed you kept they focus theyre informing it was so clean smelled great music was great they helped me choose this phone i love so much i never write reviews and because this was the first metro store i ever in my life liked i googled it just to share about this location i felt lucky and appreciated like a valued customer i dont even live near this loaction and im glad my mom brung me 💯
