I’ve been a Liberty customer since 2010 back in 2020 i filed with Liberty on Manchester not knowing that the manager Jazzmine would completely disappear without any notice face forward to 2021 I still had no answers about my taxes for the previous year I called called until I reached a corporate office in Lancaster in which I was referred to Ms Clovis whom was available to help get my answers and help me to file my 2021 return so I wouldn’t get penalized since then I have been dealing with Ms Clovis and when I say she is honest as they get she does things how they are supposed to be done and correct when I have questions she answers them and explains things so I understand I say all this because Liberty may have a bad reputation not because it’s a bad company but they had a bunch of bad people whom didn’t care about their license or the company they were only out for themselves give Liberty another chance go see Ms A Clovis

Afiya was very respectful and honest. Liter the best experience I've had in my years of filling my taxes. She was straight forward and honestly she deserves a raise for the hard work and effort she put in to her job. Patient and respectful can't ask for more than that. Thank you Ms. Afiya Clovis
