This 3rd party insurance company is the worst I've ever been in, I was in a car accident back in March which my car was totaled out, I notified this insurance place back in April to make them aware of the accident, letting them know to cancel the policy, thinking they did, I found out they were still charging me, so when I spoke with one of the rude girls that worked there today, they said I had to pay them to cancel my insurance because it's a 12 month policy, but why am I paying on an insurance when I have no car, and now I have to pay to cancel it (WTF).These people are rip offs, and fraudulent, they make money off you, I learn if you want insurance never do 3rd parties, especially not this company, because they charge you double. Go straight thru the insurance company itself. If need I will be taking them to court

I had an existing policy with them and added a new vehicle to the policy. One of the vehicles that I already had got salvaged and they put me through a never ending process to fix the problem. Every time I went to the dmv and the insurance office I kept getting more paperwork and requirements added to the list. To top it off they canceled my WHOLE policy instead of just that one vehicle. I asked for a refund for the new vehicle I had just added and they refused and said it was none refundable money! They wanted to rather charge me more to reinstate the policy that should’ve never been canceled in the first place!! Don’t recommend this place all they want is your money!!

I googled this company and literally picked it because I live in Compton and the company is in compton but I'm from LA and the company is representing LA in Compton I felt we were connected and the kind Lady agent in the office I think D is her name was amazing I asked for lower rates and she produced I got full coverage yay!!!
