This company is absolutely horrible. Broken furniture and extremely rude. The people have no idea what they are doing! They are not high end.. they are terrible.

Jeremy is the best! He's really friendly and very professional. He's a great example of the type of business man you would want to have in any place of business. Eric and Alberto were extremely conscious in making sure that my mattress and bed frame and headboard was assembled with care and accuracy. I would trust them again to deliver any future furniture. They are the best!

Ordered furniture that was supposed to be delivered by Justo. They received the shipment but slow rolled the delivery and then refused to deliver with all kinds of excuses. Offered to pay for delivery but they refused to ship. Had to dispute purchase with my credit card company. Terrible customer service

Such poor customer service. I had to use them because the company I bought my sofa from contracted with them. They brought me two different colored sofas (I bought a sectional) and their delivery guys said: oh we thought they were supposed to be different colors. Additionally, the sofa was supposed to be reversible and it wasn't. Then it took over a week for them to finally deliver the right sofa. The only reason they finally delivered it is because I called them and basically begged them. Their customer service was poor throughout the entire process. They should have been way more accommodating to someone who they delivered the wrong sofa to. If you have a choice, don't pick them.

I suggest stay away from them. They will tell you what date to "call" you, but it's not mean will delivery on that date. They also charge me $50 extra, have to call them 8 times, even they said they will handle it, will issue the refund, but still no refund. They charge $100 more than Lugg (the app which i used before can deliver in same day) but much wore service, much more delay.

Do not use this company unless you plan to spend your whole day waiting for them to arrive. -I was given a pick up time of 10-12 am. They exceeded that time so I called. I was told they were 30 mins away. -When that time lapse I called the mattress company, Saatva. They told me the pick up time was changed from 6-8pm without notifying me. -Then it changed from 2-5pm. So unprofessional, disorganized and definitely not hassle free!

I had an order for a bedroom chest delivered today. The service was fantastic. They set up a delivery time and got to my apartment right on time. The employees were courteous and did a great job unpacking and putting the chest in the proper place in my closet. They cleaned up afterwards and took all of the wrapping stuff away. All the while they had a nice smile and acted as if they were proud of the company they worked for. I couldn't be more pleased with the way they went about doing their job. This was not at all what I expected from my usual delivery experience.
