There is a lack of organization at this location. In the span of two hours of being at this location there was no one at their reception. Several people arrived and had to wait a long period. The location is hot inside it’s unbearable. I’ve been to several locations and I see so many aspects that can be improved upon.

I am devastated I did my taxes here an thought I recieve my ferderal an haven't an then I call irs says I owe them an it because the lady that did my taxes mess my application an they don't want to do anything to fix told me to talk to irs don't do ur taxes here.
