I wish I could give 0 stars. After being a fan of FMF for over 15 years, always choosing them for all of my bikes exhaust, rooting on their riders, etc. They are now just your typical shell of a company that was once great. I emailed them initially looking for parts for an FMF-4T, as I have had it on my 21' Husqvarna for 3 months, it blew the tip, silencer insert, and packing out on a ride. The rivets failed, no problem, stuff happens.Well they ignored my first email, I got through with chat, only for an unprofessional CSR to tell me I have to repack mufflers. Well, yes, I know that, and its obvious I need to repack it as I am also needing the insert and tip. They then quote me parts almost equal to the 4T slip on itself, with no care of any warranty or discount to continue using their products. I then expressed how unimpressed I am with their support and am now being talked to by a CSR Specialist that does not know basic grammar.I'll kick my feet up with a nice Tekmo system and continue to watch this husk of a once great company continue to crumble.

Bad Costumer service, they don't want to refund money, just want to repair instead of replacing, and take about a month to get anything back

Bad customer service, doesn't respond to emails. Paid NOK 600 for shipping for the package to arrive in 1-3 days. But ended up waiting almost a month

Fmf racing should be renamed to "fmf clothing" because that is all they have in stock and care about selling. And it's all made in china(surprise surprise)

The guy at the front desk doesn't care about whatever the customer needs He barely answers questions. Why do prestigious companies like FMF hire people that instead of making people go and buy THESE PEOPLE MAKE COSTUMER TO NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. FMF hire people that like their job and help make a great company not guys that makes the company look bad.

Poor customer service and poor business practices. I have had a power bomb header for my 2013 CRF 250L on backorder with my local shop since July of 2021. I called myI called my local shop today and verified it was on backorder still and not discontinued.. I was told it was gonna probably be April before its back in stock. I then called FMF to see if what I was being told was true... Not only was I told it was true but the reason it was taking so long was not only because of COVID, but because they were more concerned with filling new orders for newer year models even if the ordered were placed long after mine and others. Basically they cared less about customers who order products for older models and care less about filling them but will gladly take the money for the order.on every dirtbike an ATV Ive ever owned Ive ran FMF pipes and headers but after this ill order pipes and head e rs from companies that care about every customer. im discussed with the practice of taking money and not supplying the service

Horrible customer service. Recently bought a new FMF pipe to replace a dented one. The new pipe is marked with the exact same numbers as the old pipe, however the mounted brackets on the new pipe are in a completely different spot. Contacted to get the right measurement before ordering a replacement. After 2, multiple emails and several picture sent at their request they can't give me an answer. I have reached out to several people in the company with no results. Their customer service is horrible.

I've run FMF on all my 2 strokes for the last 25+ years. Always a solid, well built product that fit great. Competitive price and made locally! Great family owned all American company!

I purchased an FMF PowerBomb header pipe with welding issues. The PowerBomb expansion tube was welded with the mig voltage set too high. I contacted FMF who determined that the welding issue did not warrant a warranty claim. The quality control at FMF is disappointing. I would expect this level of welding from a $50 eBay header, not a $250 FMF product. I recommend looking into Two Brothers Racing exhaust products. TBR uses tig welding and maintains higher quality control.

Customer service communication is lacking... COVID May be the reason for warranty work delays but is not an excuse for poor communication with the customer. 3 weeks and no update on the warranty work.

I ordered a FMF exhaust for a 1991 TW200. The exhaust did not fit my bike and I notified Parts Giant and FMF by phone and email. Only response I have got has been we are working on it. Its been a little over 2 weeks and im still stuck with a $250 exhaust that doesn't fit. Disappointed in the customer service at Parts Giant and FMF.

So they blocked my account because there desk guy called me this morning 9am demanding more money over the phone!!! Because he forgot the sales tax when they sold it to me I drove from Las Vegas down to fmfs main office in so.cal. hoping to get a pipe for my 94 kx250 amazingly they had it everything was good I paid $256 for the pipe witch is higher then online with one day shipping still not a big deal.... But no properly run business should charge somebody for something again they have already paid for the day before
