HEADS-UP...this location does not accept small packages, only large box shipments. Do not go to this location if you are shipping envelopes or Paks. I don't know why FedEx does not provide full information for this location.

I had an issue with a large shipment held up in customs. I went into the office and was met with the most helpful staff. Minimal wait, and they truly did everything they could to help. Big shoutout to Rose and her team!

This location is only for oversized items. There is a location in Gardena for all shipping needs.

This is not for small packages, it is not a shipping center for your small packages. The photos on Google are not accurate and you cannot walk in, it's a terminal for shipping and receiving by truck or commercial vehicles. I gave them 3 stars because the guy at the gate was nice enough to let me know where the closest shipping center was in Gardena

There's NO ENTRANCE SIGN FOR SEMI'S DELIVERING THERE!!! Use Customer ENTRANCE and it will bring Driver's to the Guard Shack for check in!!! Other than that easy on and out

Doesn't accept packages less than 150 pounds. I asked for address of fed ex office i could bring the package to and the fed ex employee had to "look it up". Odd. The security guard said my situation "happens all the time"(?).

Read the reviews 1st!! This is not a shipping place for general customers if you want to mail a small Box this is not the place to go. Waste of money and time.

What has happened to FEDEX!!!!!!!!! These past 2-3 months they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. ALL deliveries are 2-3 days late, but yet their tracking indicates it is out for delivery so you waste a whole day waiting for a package that is not going to show up and at the end of the day the tracking is updated saying their is a delay. I have a package stuck in COMPTON, CA going on 6 days now saying its delayed beyound their control.with NO delivery date in sight. Talked with a customer service representative who BLATANLEY flat out lied to me saying the package would be delivered TODAY. She reassured to me over and over it would be delivered. They have now resorted to LYING
