TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My return was delivered USPS tracking on 11/20. I’ve left several voicemails (no one answers), sent several emails as to when I would be credited my return. Not a single reply to date. Unless you plan on keeping everything you purchase, don’t waste your time. Now I will have to dispute, horrible service.

**As a reply to your response (as a loyal customer since 2018, I should at least receive a refund or a replacement order, I did not receive this order, neither your store or ups is taking responsibility of their mistake leaving my package at the wrong address. It was not left at my front door. )*** Don’t bother trying to reach them, they never answer the phone. Says its always closed, been sending them emails for days for a $200 order I never received and got no answer. I’m out of my $200 and the items I bought that I never received. I’m unable to answer to your response so I’ll edit here.

I'll start with my complaint.Company needs to work on their customer service and respond to customers concerns and complaints as soon as possible. I called and emailed Fashion Effect Store multiple times and never received a response. That's terrible customer service. Also You have have to pay for shipping to return items- not cool.(Good Business etiquette is to ALWAYS respond to your customers-- customers keep a business going)Besides that-- I'm Happy with all my purchases. Love my dresses- well made good quality- Happy Girl:)Thanks:^)

First and last time ... if u received anything damaged or have to return or a failed delivery good luck getting ahold of customer service... they've blown me off multiple times they reply to.me with the delivery confirmation over and over again..which I keep telling them I have not received .. ive called ive emailed ive chatted and nothing!! This is truly infuriating

I'm very disappointed with this store because clothing size small , any return you pay for shipping and instead of getting your money back they give store credit not happy on the way they handle returns and they never answer calls , emails or chats it sucks ...

2 stars because I’ve ordered before and they’re merchandise is good BUT my most recent order not only did I get the wrong size but I’m missing an item! I’ve called numerous times and just be placed on hold WAITING for someone to answer and the call drops. I’ve sent an email within their 3 day rule and never heard back this is ridiculous I paid 20$ for an item I never received and the other 30 for a set I received in the wrong size which is fine I gave it to my sister but I still would like either a refund or just send me my item but they have awful communication, is this how the customers are treated?

Please please can someone call me back regarding the claim with ups they send you already the form to finally after almost 3 months to get my refund they can’t issue the refund, or at least respond to my emails or voicemails i did forward the email from ups i need my money back , order i never received!! I have been trying to process a return for an orderdating back to 07/08/20. I returned the items within 5 days and confirmed that the package was received by Fashion Effect Store via tracking. I have emailed,chatted and attempted to call several times. To date11/5/20 I have gotten NO RESPONSE! I am VERYDISAPPOINTED with this lack of customer service

I have contacted them in various ways and my package has not moved the slightest and no one has given me a response beware of getting delivery this was definitely a no go.

I have 4 days waiting for my package to come out of their deposits and I keep waiting, they do not give me a solution, they only regret and blame USPS, and the worst thing is that they pay for a 3-day shipment and they do not want to return the money for the fast shipping that does not they made! Terrible experience I will not buy from you again.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was so happy with the bathing suit I ordered from Fashion Effect. I was hesitant to order from the website because I came across it through instagram, but I'm such a happy customer. I found my perfect bathing suit, the quality of the fabric is very nice, and the sizing charts are dead on. I'm really happy I took a chance and ordered from here. THANK YOU FASHION EFFECT!
