My son just got ripped off for $2993.86 by Chase Bank because they believed EDI Express who LIED and said the wheels & tires he purchased were DELIVERED. Ebay still shows "IN TRANSIT" since January and he was given an invalid tracking number that never worked. Many attempts failed to get a valid tracking number. Today, the bank just charged him back the $2993.86 and said the case is closed since the Merchant, Westside Tires & Wheels, (also in California) sent the invoice to them and said it was delivered! The merchant, apparently, is not responsible to get a valid tracking number from the carrier when they pick up the product!! It's discretionary . They may be in cahoots with each other. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DON'T USE EITHER ONE OF THESE COMPANIES!! We will see EDI Express in court since they are the ones who were supposed to deliver the goods and lied about delivery to the bank!!

Came to pick up. No place to drop trailer in an unsafe, narrow yard. Trailer to be picked was blocked in by other trailers. Yard workers all vanished as soon as I got here. Other truck can block you in as yard has no sense of direction. In a very narrow way around docks. Very unorganized. Dangerous. Something is bound to happen costing this place money. Facilities cause back-up clogging the street. Putting the public at risk.

Cool place everybody was cool it is tight but u drop your trailer and yard dog will put it in the dock for u and pull it out if u a patient driver it's not bad but if u a gotta go driver u gone hate it don't pull in gate park to right side as close as u can check with security first they will let u kno what to do good luck and safe travels

This place is a very cramped place. Some of the people are nice but plan on wasting a lot of time here. They seem unorganized.

Don’t go there waste of time,, 3 o clock appointment checked in early, got door at 4.30 pm. 8 o clock get loaded.

Most horrible experience of my life . Terrible communication. I'd never do business with them ever again . I own multiple business and would fire someone immediately , that treated customers the way I got treated. WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Been here for 24 hours and counting these guys ran out of freight and did not tell me or the other 10 drivers that came to pick up freight from the same broker they get the freight straight from the docks so if they don't bring it you have to wait but when you ask them they make it seem like like they just real busy never come here here negative ten stars

Absolutely garbage, the only reason I gave two stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly and helpful, otherwise this place is not maintained, so tight you can't get around without blocking someone, trailers are all blocked in so your trailer is most likely buried behind a bunch of others, no systems in place, security is a joke, I could have picked any trailer I wanted from the lot and drove right out with it and they probably wouldn't figure it out for weeks. I actually hope someone does that so they tighten up.
