I just got kicked out of this store. Cause I'm white or they thought I was stealing. I can't believe it so sad. I'm not stealing I have never been to this store before. The only reason I went to this dollar tree is the community the stores and security guards at that shopping center. All work together to stop people from stealing. It's amazing that finally someone is doing something.

to have restrooms that are shown to the public and not have them available to the public will always be an issue even if this is the best dollar tree that alone gives them a low rating ty and good day!

I just bought $30+ worth of jars for a funeral and the lady who checked me out stop bagging the glass when she ran out of paper & I had to do it myself as if I was at Food for Less. Just lazy. No customer service, no smile & acted as if she did not want to be there. The line was long so I had to ask her to call for back up. On a positive note, the store is clean & well organized.

Very clean, very tidy, I recommend it if you want to go to a dollar tree, this is a good option, the workers are very attentive and willing to help you. Of course, I would go to this dollar tree again. It is the first dollar tree that I have seen that is so clean and organized.

I know a lot of DollarTree stores get a bad rap for being dirty, disheveled, and poorly staffed. However, I've been to this location twice this month (visiting from TX, as I take car of some family business in Compton); and both times I found all the items I needed, plus some; and this morning, around 9:30 am, I walked in and saw the store manager, and several staff members cleaning, sorting items, and stacking the shelves! It looked really nice in there! Made it easy to shop!!

No public bathroom,and carts can't leave the store which is a hassle if you have a lot of bags and parked far away..but freezer selection is pretty good

Some employees here need training on customer service. No greet from the cashier, I asked her something and just nodded her head with no eye contact and no "thank you" after handing me the receipt. My sister behind me thanked her after her transaction, nothing from her. This is not the first time, this lady need to go.

I bought Christmas bags that were poor quality. The bags handles wouldn't work if you put anything inside. I bought the Christmas bags on 12/03/22, I tried exchanging the on 12/10/22 because I decided to buy better quality bags. As I walked in and asked the man at the first cashier for a exchange, he cut me off to tell me they don't exchange on Christmas bags. I told him my receipt said and I quote " we will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt. We do not offer refunds " ! Again, I had my receipt and the bags weren't open. I just wanted an exchange of MY choice. I asked for a manager because clearly the cashier didn't read too well. A manager came a told me the same thing. I asked them to present the proof of this "made up" rule in writing. I asked where was it posted that I couldn't return seasonal merchandise! Especially during the season (since is was only December 10th 2022) Christmas wasn't over and you can still sell it. I was treated poorly and would never go to the dollar tree again or spend my money with them. I was told previously, the manager was in break and no one could help for 15 min to discourage me from exchanging.!They also told me I could only exchange for other seasonal items and that was the only exception. Again these made up policies aren't in writing on receipts or in their stores. I will be calling their corporate office and filing a complaint. I have time today and tomorrow. It's not the money but it's the treatment and lies. The management and employees are trash at this store!
