Worst customer service! I came in to have a balloon filled for me for a special event! One balloon just one, and I was even going to pay for the helium no problem charge me whatever... Apparently they don’t offer that service.. the manager was a rude her name was Linda! She could of charged me 1 or even 5 ballon’s and fill up my balloon instead and it would of been the same ! Ridiculous but I guess fighting to be right with the customers is always Best! I won’t be coming here again! I’ve been going there since they opened!

Had the most humiliating experience tonight 02/28/23 at around 8:45 pm as when I paid for My stuff with a $20 bill the cashier who Im guessing deals with Money all day and was having a full blown conversation with someone else while attending Customers tried to suggest I was paying with a fake bill then got who I'm guessing is the Manager involved by asking her to check the Bill. After visually checking it I saw her taking My $20 to the back to "Check It" when I told her not to because just like the cashier profiled Me and didn't trust Me I didn't Trust them because I don't know what kind of scheme they where trying to pull and told her she might switch My Bill for a fake one and she made this face like FU and told Me " How would I switch it with the Camera there" well same goes with Me, Why Would I give You a Fake Bill knowing that I'm on all these Cameras all over the place and disgrace Myself for $8 worth of stuff. To the Owner I say this You have a Beautiful Store and everything is so organized and in plain sight but with the exception of the older Lady that was very Nice and Helpful it looks to Me like You need to have Your employees trained on Customer Service or get better employees.
