This a review pre receival of my wheel tire set up but I did contact them in regards to a rush build/ship and they were prompt with a response and told me I can have them out the door and shipped the next day. They were quick to respond and understand the situation. I'll come back after the set shows up and do a final review. I have high hopes though, would even give them 5 additional stars if they send some cool stickers with a good product lol.

They seem to be striving to screw up everything. I have been given 3 different shop dates for a pulley I ordered and it still has not shipped. I ordered wheels from they was told they would work with modifications. Once received (late) they were sealed bearings and my pulley and rotors would not work, had to make modifications and order more parts. The pulley was wrong, 65 tooth needed 70 tooth. Powder coating is less than impressive. An snow the pulley I ordered to replace the wrong one seems to be MIA.

Bought a set of monster 1 1/2 inch handlebars. Off of Dennis Kirk. Excellent quality. Powder coating on handlebars is superb. Like them very much

Just purchased a set of saddle bags today went to work and came home to inspect the quality and it is just horrible paint is massively scratched the plastic it was wrapped in has left imprints all over the paint. The paint has major spots where you can see it was either not painted properly or the attempt to buff was failed miserably also inside the saddle bag looks like a poor attempt to fix a crack and plastic jb weld is all over the inside.UPDATE: went in and spoke with jerry who informed me that the material I thought was jb weld was just a bit of splash over from the mold itself. As far as the paint itself was also informed that the markings from the plastic film is like a water mark and if you leave it in the sun it will go away. The new set they brought out has less defects a good compound polish and wax should make them shine and take away the small scratches. 5 stars for the customer service and ease of return.

Erin’s customer service has been excellent. Im a first time bike builder and she was extremely helpful in getting all my parts ordered for my ‘11 softail deluxe. She even sent me photos of parts that i had questions about which was extra helpful. Thanks Erin!!!

I ordered a set of Cali Spokes for my 2016 Road King. The order took almost 6 weeks to reach me but I was told that ahead of time seeing that I had some custom powder coating being done so no big deal. I appreciate the quick response to my questions and tracking numbers provided as soon as my order was being shipped. Wheels are beautiful can't wait to mount them on!

Horrible customer service, didn't honour their 12 month warranty even though the wheels and front end were pitted and ruined after 6 months while the rest of my 08 Softail somehow looks much newer.

Absolutely the worse customer service that I have dealt with. I have placed and left several VM in regards to an order that was not fulfilled. Wheels are very nice however customer service is terrible

I’ve been a dealer for DNA for a few years now and love the products. I sale a decent amount of their products but recently the customer service has taken a big decline. They aren’t informing of backordered materials. They won’t answer lead time questions it’s always, let me ask them in the back and then never get a phone call back. I’ve ordered multiple wheel sets with one coming wrong and taking far too long to correct while other customers are receiving their products and another smaller order that was for in stock items that never shipped because, well they ignored a smaller order and didn’t ship it. Very dissatisfied in the company for not following through and providing good customer service. Good products but terrible service and this is a big issue when I need to rely on correct lead times for customers and build dates for shows and events.

I ordered chrome rims with candy blue spoke nuts and center hubs. I received this ugly nightmare instead. Have made multiple calls and left multiple messages without a response. Very unhappy with the situation and the product. These rims are headed back to them UPS you couldn’t pay me to run this on my Harley. They don’t care that they botched the order either or they’d respond very unhappy….

I placed an order when it arrived at the shop pieces were missing. My rotors Crome rear parts front and rear bearings were wrong. Good job. Now no one will return my calls

Ordered my rim came cracked but on time . Instead of waiting for them to send me a return box I decided to drive to there facitly in Compton from Menifee. Got there the hub on the rim looked discolored and not full chrome like the one that had the crack in it . Won’t be ordering from here agin .

I purchased a set of wheels and I received them when I was told I was going to, The 21” front and 18” rear wheels were awesome they were packed nice and they were clean, I was very impressed.My salesperson was Lashonda Nave and she was incredible and she knew her stuff VERY Well informed, didn’t make me purchase unnecessary stuff that I didn’t need.
