Had aterrible interaction with a manager named Andrea's at the CVS on Comton and Central. My wife went to get money out of the ATM (CITI BANK) located in the store the ATM did not distribute her money. She went to an employee (she didn't get his name ) he basically said "there's nothing we can do " so she asked for the manager so the guy(employee) went to the manager who told the employee "I'm on a phone call she gotta wait" Now we do understand the ATM is not the property of CVS however, we simply wanted some direction as to what to do to contact the owner of the ATM. My wife did call her bank and they said it's a pending transaction. Our concern was that the manager should immediately shut down the machine down so no one can come up and potentially either lose their money or obtain my wife's money. The least they could have done was put an inoperable sign on the machine. The real issue was with the way the CVS manager handled the situation. He came out he began yelling at my wife in a very loud rude voice and that's when I had to step in and inform this young man he needed to bring his voice down.The manager and I talked and he gave us a customer service number however, the way he talked to my wife got him close to a bad situation. this manager Andreas needs de-escalation training

Booked PCR COVID test and didn’t get the results for me or my kids. I had to call and stay on hold for more than an hour to let them send the results 3hrs before my flight. CVS has a very weird system to get a copy of your results, they tell you that they will send sms with a link but never happen and I had to chase them over the phone. I went to the pharmacy where they took our samples asking for help and they said they send the samples to a 3rd party and they don’t have access to the results. Never go there for Covid test they are not helpful.

My preferred pharmacy I have this store and a Rite-Aid close to my residence, and I prefer this store over the other simply because of the pharmacy as I am usually here for to pick up medicine for my daughter. Not to mention that is has better snacks that I like as opposed to Rite-Aid. Customer Service: Fast and friendly Food: Great assortment of snacks, drinks, and even ice cream and frozen foods! Ambience: great, lonely Prices: Fair Overall impression: A great and helpful drugstore and even has a drive thru of you are in a hurry for your medicine refills.

The customer service 2 years ago was amazing. But there has been a slow decline over most recent years. This morning I brought my prescriptions to have them filled so I could take one pill this morning like my doctor instructed me. I ask him how much and he tells me he can call me in an hour and let me know. . Noooo I need to know not, get the money and come back. He says he can't have me wait in the drive thru. So I take my glasses off and ask how long does he need to price the meds since they're is no one behind me in the drive thru. He asked me to wait. Less than 5 minutes later he tells me one prescription isn't covered but still checking on the price of the other prescription. This dude is lazy for real. Then when he comes back with the total price, I say I'll be back in about 15 or 20 minutes and he says no, I need an hour. I had to explain to him that not only so I have a job to get back to but I need to take a pill now this morning and I don't need to wait until I get off work to take my other meds. He asked for 30 minutes. I live around the corner so I'm always here and I've never seen him before but he doesn't offer the level of service I'm used to receiving here.

Worst costumer service ever. All I needed is some Advills, and had to wait in line for 45 minutes because the only one who was at the register was super slow and no one was there to help him. I don't know if this experience helped my headache or made it worst

5 stars to the pharmacy. The staff is very friendly helpful and fast. The guy (Latino w/ dark hair) who helped me did an amazing job from beginning to end Thanks for making my experience a great one.

I always go to this pharmacy and only this pharmacy to get my medication. I enjoy going there because the staff is very nice I know all the staff and I'm familiar with him. They are very helpful and answer all my questions when I go there All my medication goes right there and they accept my insurance. The pharmacist is great also

Upon my arrival today to the CVS pharmacy, my prescription for my mother who has pneumonia and is a diabetic was denied. She also has congestive heart failure and the medication was denied by the pharmacist because in his own words he felt she didn't need this medicine and the prescription was being filled too many times. I was discriminated against because I'm a young black woman he was very rude he was a white male with no remorse for my mother.
