The pharmacy usually has a long line here but coming in on a Sunday afternoon was a breeze, not a single person in line. However, I'm here to rave about the amazing pharmacists (Tanesha) who took her time to not only take my call before hand & remember me when I arrived but guided me to what I needed without hesitation. I had come from another CVS (Alondra and Central) and had the worst experience there with their pharmacist (goes by Z) who didn't bother to answer my questions and rushed off to be on her phone. So thank you Tanesha!

Crap! Did an online order for me to wait all day!!! I called and asked to see what was up and spoke to AMANDA. AMANDA told me that my order was in pallets. That's why I could order my things but had to wait forever to get my online order I paid for. That they would get to it when they can. (?!) AMANDA advised me to just cancel my order and wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. Thanks AMANDA! I hope corporate knows she's telling people to fuck off!! AMANDA or CVS don't give a damn about you or your money and your orders. Avoid!! A V O I D!

The pharmacy there is beyond ridiculous! Save yourself a trip here I visited on 9/11/23 waited in line for over an hour and when I reached the front the light skin girl in her mid 30's gave the rudest response and has no sense of customer service why work at a pharmacy and be so unhappy you have to be rude to customers. Don't even think about calling cause she'll answer and be rude over the phone as well. I'm sure if we report her she won't be having that attitude anymore with people

I been coming here for years to the pharmacy, which the ladies here are always very pleasant. However, I just went in today and this young African American girl with red hair was extremely rude. Her tone and delivery signified her annoyance with my father due to him not knowing the number. First off, my father had 2 strokes, in turn, his memory and his language was affected dramatically. Working in a healthcare field, this young lady lacks empathy and needs to understand she's working in an underserved community. Because of that, she needs to be trained on proper customer service and not act in a capricious manner. Moreover, when I asked her about my prescription, she was no help and her tone was horrible. I work in human resources for a local hospital, and her tone and customer service towards me would not be tolerated. I understand everyone needs to begin their career somewhere, but CVS please train and ensure your staff know how to speak in a polite tone, practice skillful listening, and have a sense of professionalism to execute their duties effectively. I was unable to get her name, but that young lady needs training as soon as possible.

Terrible customer service here always say things are broken, no one ever offers to help you out when you need it. Every time I go it's a different excuse. The employee I asked to helped me out walked away from me.

Soo, my review is not for the pharmacy, but for the photo department. I placed an order to have a (1) magnet printed. The website stated it would take about an hour and that I would get an email once it was ready for pickup. I waited an hour and a half and no email. I called to get an update so that I can send someone to pick it up. (It was supposed to be a birthday gift). When I called, the young lady had no clue. I tried to give her the order number, but she put me on hold before I gave her the complete number. When she came back on the line, she said she couldn't find my order. Ya think?! I gave her the full order order number and she put me on hold again. When she came back, she said that she couldn't find it and no one back there could find it. I asked if it was printed and they lost it or if they just didn't print it it? I think that question confused her because she passed me to a male person. He asked for my name because "everything is filed by name not by order number." I gave my name and said there was a computer problem and that he would have it ready in an hour. Ok fine. No problem. He called back 5 minutes later to inform me that they were out of printer ribbon and they won't get the shipment until tomorrow. Yeah...go ahead and cancel that order. The amount of pure incompetence at the store is almost inconceivable, but I'm surprised considering the location. Tried to shop local but got let down...again. Please...do better!

So I go to urgent care last night and get stitches on a wound. They ask me where to send my prescription I give them this location. I've been coming here for years for all my meds. Whatever I get here and there's like 7 ppl in line waiting by the time I get to the register nothing is ready.. they send me to drop off and they tell me it's on hold.... Why? No one can give me an answer. She says we'll have it out for you in 10 minutes and we'll call you. Now my review is due to this smart ass. I hear my name and get up already annoyed and in pain after working and having no meds to help. I ask do I have to wait in line again and this bald headed individual.. sorry I didn't get his name and I can only describe him.. replied "well yeah there's only one person ahead of you" in the rudest way possible. What does it cost you to be more professional. If you hate your job thats fine I'm not asking you for favors .. just be more polite or let other ppl who can actually provide good customer service take over.

After waiting for almost two hours to get my prescription verified, once its ready I still have to go and get in line and wait for another 15 minutes. The customer service is horrible and the pharmacist thought it was okay to get loud with me. Save you the trouble and go elsewhere. Go to rite aid but please not here. Im so disappointed and bothered. Who is the manager at this branch anyways!!!?

Done business with CVS for years across the states. This location is quite below standard. From​ sending the wrong medication home to patients to revising meds that have been discontinued. While the counter agents as re usually great both in the IN&OUT counters. My concerns are after 5years of association my usual meds ordered every month ...still it needs ordering, they are out of it or some other excuses. There is one licensed pharmacist he brings down the standards of professional who work with him. Due to his unprofessionalness I rate this Rx a weak 2 stars. A 4.3 is destroyed by the sad performance of this individual​. In my opinion.ijs
