“I accompanied my nephew today to get his phone screen fix today to the All Tech store on tenth street by pacific and what I can say is that the individual was really helpful and knew what he was doing with the cellphone a-lot of good tech knowledge. “I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

“We were taken care by Ashley in the Electronic dept. Awesome girl she knows her stuff. We needed to mirror in to a TV from an apple tablet but only one port in the tablet. She assisted us and got us an adapter plus HDMI to keep the tablet charged and connected without interruptions. Thank you Ashley and Best Buy for having knowledgeable employees!”

As someone who works for a major cell Carrier, I've heard the horror stories of having to send my clients to the Apple store from their account and dreaded my visit. I'm happy to report that my experience today (March 5th, 2024) was amazing! Kyle is a very intelligent associate, apple and Tim Cook should be lucky to have such a driven employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty. I came in for my sons tablet that was malfunctioning, fortunately, the device was still under Apples one year warranty, and Kyle determined that the tablet was defective and replaced the tablet with the same model . I was out of the store within 30 min of arriving. Thank you gentleman for making this a smooth in and out and ultimately making my son happy that we were leaving with a new device.”
