Paid for a package to be overnighted, and it took 3 days. $186.00 is the going rate for an overnight letter. I did not receive overnight service, and Fedex will not accept responsibility for the delay, so no refund. DO NOT use this location for service consistent with what is payed for. DONT RISK IT.

Really bad customer service. Extremely rude and insensitive to any situation. I came here to do a simple fedEx drop off and they wouldn't take it simply bc they were closing ... terrible attitude

Fedex and USPS drop-off in a nearby location is such a convenience for the city. Safe storage and business services are great! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. I will definitely use this spot frequently.

Got to store and employee was not there, had hone out to lunch and store was close..so waited sometime a guy showed up. So, I needed to ship an international package to Central America, and the guy attending the store could not figure out how to input the International address, and first he said I needed the town's zip code and could help me without it, and I had to return a second time once I had the zip code, came back next morning, and same issue, now he states again that he couldn't verify the address and HDL would not be able to accept the package with that address, BTW it was a correct address! I was so upset because he was no help at all!!! At least he could have called HDL or whoever he had to to get instructions how to assist me with the shipping. Finally he just said to comeback another day(next monday! Today is friday) to see if the Manager could do it, like I had his time to wait. So upsetting! I was able to find another authorize HIS shipping center in Long Beach where I was assisted immediately and accurately, without any trouble!!! I just wish this Compton shipping center guy would have said he doesn't know how to do his job, so I wouldn't have wasted my time!

Here's my update: Today the representative for Jasuco LLC (the owner of Compton Self Storage) and I reached a settlement agreement before the start of court foregoing my case having to be heard by the judge. I didn't get everything I asked for in my original claim, but I got some compensation to offset the many permanent damages to our belongings. The art of negotiating is to create a win-win situation. Not feeling like I won because we lost so much due to the infestations. However, sometimes, considering all things, we chose to take the deal on the table even if it might not be the preferred one. #FeelingOkay #NotCompletelyRestored #SomethingIsBetterThanNothing #CouldntGuaranteeTheJudgeWouldSeeThingsMyWay #TheContractReleasedTheirLiability

Customer service is horrible! This place is rat infested and employees look the other way when you bring it up to their attention. Stay far away from this place!
