Saw the bad reviews from years ago. Not the case today. Two tellers working the small branch. Two loan officers ready to pick up the slack. Several customers in and out quickly with fast, friendly service.

Nothing nice to say about this branch.. if you can avoid it do it by all means. Is funny how the most diverse communities do not get what is needed.. I bet the chase in Huntington Beach or redondo Beach always work.. invest In the community and fix your atm machines

Efrain Gonzalez Jr. Couldn't help me even though he was literally doing nothing because he had an appointment at four I was there at 3:45 All I need it was to show my IDs to verify my account instead he refused to help tell me I had to make an appointment it was a 10 minute job he's appointment wasn't even there worse banking ever we are closing the account asap now I have to wait 2 weeks it's ridiculous do not bank with chase!
