Great customer service. The girls were busy changing or putting for the 40% off and i didnt wait long. The young lady was very helpful I just went to get a few outfits really quick for a gift and I didn't know where the glasses were and the young lady told me they were in the last row behind me ? thank you. I really appreciate it. I recommend this place. I will be coming back.

Completely lost my business. I have been going here for 4 years and today I received the worst service, non-service. I was very sick and couldn't pick up my order so I called and the person told me she would hold it and to call if I couldn't pick it up by the weekend. She also told me to call to make sure if I won't pick it up that I get my refund, because they wouldn't process it unless i called. So I get there around 3:30pm today and nothing. The 'store manager' (was not on her badge) Bella Gonzales (NEVER GIVE YOUR LAST NAME IN RETAIL) told me she never said that on the phone and argued with me for minutes. INSTEAD of saying hey i'm sorry we just put that back and we can get you a better price for everything you ordered, she just argued with me. I asked for the district manager name and number and she argued with me about that. Then 3 associates went to the back to get the number and it took a very long time to give me customer care not what i asked for. Once Bella was sent to the back due to her lack of professionalism, the other associates offered to help me buy the items for the higher price instead of the in store sale price. I walked out and will never return. I filed my complaint, to which I was told the actual store policy which was not what Bella conveyed. I then bought $72 worth of merchandise online for the sale price (all items that were in store). This is unfortunately why many retail stores are closing its doors, due to lack of conversion, and poor customer service. I will just buy online and keep it easier from now on.

As soon as I walked in there was a young lady who assisted me and was very nice. She helped me with an exchange and made the whole experience very easy for me. I would definitely recommend this carters. They will help you promptly.

Great people working here at this location. There were alot of people but the line went by very fast. Andrea was extremely helpful asking if I wanted a cart because my hands were full. And even though she was busy recovering the store prepping for closing she helped me 100% I picked out matching dresses for my daughters and I couldn't resist getting these shoes for my nephew. Did I just pay ?$6.39 ?for these shoes? I'm probably not reading the receipt correctly lol! Customer Service 100% 5*?

Horrible service. I came to do curbside pick up. I checked in online and received a response that an associate was coming. After waiting for 20 mins, I call the number. They tell me they are closed now and still ringing up customers and cannot let me in because they would have to let everyone else in. I was told to come back the next day. Never will I ever come back to this location.

The staff was nice and we were greeted as we entered. The clothes itself is defined overpriced. Their "sales" are still expensive. My son wears 24mos and they did not have a large selection. Disappointed that most of the sizes were either very small or much larger.

This is the best Carter's store I've encountered. I stopped going to the Torrance one because it was getting so messy. The Compton store is the tidiest and has the best customer service always. Oniqua, the sales rep, helped me out today and was patient with me. I had a limited amount of time to shop and she expedited my transaction efficiently and smoothly. This is my go-to location from now on. It's right off the 91 fwy and parking is never an issue. The whole plaza is very nice and well-kept.

Called today during my lunch break today to see if they had a Christmas gown for my daughter and the employee found the gown for me and was able to put in on hold. Amazing customer service. Went and picked it up. Really appreciate it, I know sometimes it could be annoying to look up items for customers. But thanks a lot! And this was my first time at this location.
