Very bad customer service booked in advance and when the day arrived they said it was Sunday and they were not going to drive that far " I don't think so"? now we have to wait for somebody else thanks a lot for your services if I were you I would go with somebody else because to be honest they don't even deserve one star but that's the only way I can leave a review??♀️ take your money elsewhere

This is the worst towing company never NEVER use this company again! they will make you wait for hours and have a very bad attitude like if we customers obligated you to work! if you don’t like your Job you should change it!! talk about the worst experience on 3/14/23 this long hair male was frustrated at life at 9am/10am and letting it out on everyone else on the road causing madness getting off on Wilmington on the 105 fwy passing red lights very bad service DO NOT GO WITH bp towing .

Dispatched tow with an ETA of over 2 hours. Then cancelled my tow an hour and 15 minutes later! Now I have to wait another hour for a different company but at least it will be cheaper too.Service: Motorcycle towing

I scheduled a service pick up at 745am. They send me a text at 345am. Informing me that they will be the provider. I got off of work waiting until 8am and no one showed up. Called them back first call they said I have 5 callers ahead and will call me back but never did. I called again at 830am they said there are 2 people ahead of me to be picked up. How could this be when I scheduled the pick up at 3am! Regardless I waited. 9am came and went. 10am came and went so I called again. She said he was pulling up 10 minutes later he finally did! I then asked if I was able to ride w the driver they said bc of covid might not I said what happens to people that need a ride in the middle of the night on the Freeway she said get an uber! Horrible customer service! The driver was nice and took care of my car well. That was my experience!!!

Frank Harris from B&P Towing was the most professional, knowledgeable & capable person in the towing industry I have ever meet. USAA & AAA are smart to work with this company and their professional staff. Stay away from Quality Tow...trash across the board. Ask directly for B&P Towing. Thank you so much. AVOID THIS TOWING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They have very bad customer service ! From the person towing to the person that answers the phone. When they're towing your car they treat it like the car is trash . Avoid them the experience with these people is horrible ! I wouldn't give them any stars if there were an option

Terrible! I have a service through my insurance and they have a contract through them. I called for a tow that was assigned to them and moments later it was canceled by BP Towing Inc. I called them up to get more details and the woman was short and rude! I do not speak Towing lady and I don’t know your terminology. I asked for further details and she replied with, I can’t speak anymore call your insurance”.Service: Car towing
