I lost my ID they accepted my gold chain I went to claim it with the receipt and they didn't want to give it to me because I don't have ID, I don't understand what the problem is if they paid me to pawn it,try to make a video before doing business with these people.

The manager was not understanding and generally dismissive when I came back within thirty minutes with ticket for my generator that I just payed. I literally had it in my pocket but could find it in the pawn shop so I was charged without being informed it was a 10 dollar lost ticket fee that is literally unheard of anywhere. So I go to autoyup the street pull out ticket go back and the BLACK MANAGER says no if you didn't have ticket with you it's a fee and we ask you to make sure NON OF WHICH WAS DONE! I JUST WALKED UP AND SAID I DONT HAVE MY TICKET HE SAID THATS OKAY AND TOOK MY ID. More or less Im informing anyone reading this be as stiff as this p**** and have your ticket they have no customer appreciation or concept that I can go somewhere else next and will tell anybody else to do the same.

Brought in a cannon rebel t7 camera and when i went to pay for it back. They couldnt find it!!!!! They gave me a replacement tht was a lower model and older camera..very dissapointed very!!!!!
