Very unhelpful, always a long line, no tellers, and not friendly . You know when you walk into a bank they greet you nicely make you feel welcomed or ask how your day is going? Well definitely not at this location. It's like if they' unhappy tellers, very unfortunate to feel this way about my local branch, that is why I a million times I rather take a drive and at another city but This one!!!!!!!!! Never again coming again, too many chances I've given this place.

The lady that works here was very helpful. My card was locked since someone tried using it for fraud out of state and she printed me a new card and shredded the old one without having to wait 5-7 business days for a new one in the mail.

Stay away and keep your money elsewhere. My card got stolen out of my vehicle. I reported it to the bank over the phone. They credited the amount back while they investigated, then shortly after they took the money back out of my account, telling me I was liable for all those charges. Do yourself a favor and do not bank at this establishment. I fought this for 2 months and even got the police reports like they told me to get to help my case. I never had so much trouble over a stolen debit card at other banks.Stay away.

Every time I go the people their are so polite, and experienced, the staff is super helpful. Especially EDITH she the best thank you for your hard work.

I walked in expecting to wait for a while to get help, the tellers offerd to help me soon as I walked in, Really surprised on the fast service plus customer service is excellent..Highly recommend ?

I came here to cash a check issued by their bank they had me wait, treated me like a criminal by telling me the check has to go through a verification, then The teller tells me that their is a $9.50 charge to cash the check terrible I in my experience do not recommend this bank.

There motto is "To hell with customer service and customer needs". Too many issues to list and the list is long. Here to track down my new debit card, which is late by 7 days but also to withdraw cash. Only customer in the bank but I've been waiting 15 minutes and counting ... Yup it's time to move to another bank.

This bank is not worth the worst. It's absolutely terrible. They don't care about the customer here. They make up policies as they go, it seems. Save yourself the time and frustration don't bank with them

I received a check from a government agency issued through Bank of the West. Since the bank is in close proximity of the issuer, I decided to walk it in and cash it. Once inside, the teller insisted that I open an account or be charged a ten dollar fee to cash the check. Mind you the agency that gave me the check already has an account with Bank of the West and I'm pretty sure they are being compensated for their services. If I had to open an account with every bank that tendered a check on behalf of their customer, I would have hundreds of accounts. This is a petty form of extortion perpetrated by a petty institution.
