There is a line right now of 18 people, including myself, and there is only one teller on duty, with what seems to be some type of Manager leaning against one of the columns trying real hard to keep his eyes open. This is absolutely ridiculous, if not dangerous, that the two employees who are here are SO unaware and unprofessional, and who are devoid of customer service ability , in that there is not even a hint of acknowledgement of how long this line is growing, which I count now at 24. Absolutely ridiculous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT DO ANY BANKING AT THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT.(Add-on Review)........After having given this poor, yet true review, I was responded to by what I believe is some type of automated response, and it was saying how sorry they are and what can they do to better assist customers, blah, blah, blah. I say "blahblahblah" because they have sent that same response to the MANY terrible reviews of upset and frustrated customers going back as far as SEVEN YEARS, and they STILL have the same issues, which shows me that their little automated response is nothing but automated lip-service. Instead of wasting time and money on pandering algorithms, why do you not spend that same time and money ACTUALLY addressing your customers issues, like hiring/scheduling/training more tellers to open more windows to help more customers??!? This establishment is an even bigger joke of unprofessionalism than I thought in my first review.

BofA should be ashamed to even have this location open. It’s suppose to be a bank but it’s not even open 8hrs… smh I know it’s Compton but it’s not that bad anymore pls start operate more like a NORMAL BANK!

Poor customer service.They are always rude to customers . Bank teller Elvia is super slow always have only one window open all the time…. take over an hour just to get to the window not coming back to this bank

They know Saturday is a busy day and yet they only have 1 teller and if that wasn't enough the teller spend time chit chatting with a client she knows. If I could I would give it no stars. Took 1.5 hrs just to get my money

Only come to this bank to use their ATM and get cash. The last few times I've come here it seems that at least 2 of the ATM would not be working and today 3 of the 4 are not working.

I went here to see what kind of interest rates they had for a used car from a private seller... I know credit unions are better but I wanted to see what they has to offer. The lady at the front tried telling me 5.46% was really low and that low monthly payments are better than a low interest rate and that's what she did with her car. I've heard this bull from uneducated people, but never thought I'd hear it from a loan officer. On top of that they didn't have any current 0% interest loans offers which are weird since I got one in the mail about a week or two after. Completely usless help. Nothing you can't look up yourself online and good credit means nothing.Ended up going to my credit union where I was qualified for a 2.44% interest loan but decided to just pay the car in full from my private seller.

Absolutely poor service. Very unfriendly tellers. Do you hate your job that much? Just quit. I don't have time to deal with rude folks. One teller in particular her name is Aji. She was so rude and unhelpful. Came to cash my check and she seemed agitated right out the bat she was ill mannered and was extremely rude. I really wanted to tell her off but that's not my character. If you see this, please learn people skills, if you can't then working at a bank is not for you. You should be reprimanded for your horrible and subpar customer service. Well I can't really call it customer service. Next time I will rather wait an hour in line than to be helped by Aji.
