Do not do any type of business with BofA they will rob you blind and then tell you that they have investigated and that you claim is denied!!!

I've been with Bank of America for only 6 months or so, and I was promised a specific service that was , in fact, not in my immediate range of gain. This left me, not only disappointed, but discouraged with the Bank of America's process in relation to the level of care they show their customers. Angel did his best to assist me, but his lack of knowledge only raised my hopes, not my Confidence, in Bank Of America's ability to be my Primary financial institution. This left me grossly unsatisfied. I don't have much saved at the moment, and, like i shared with Angel, im looking for a place i can build with. I'm investing twords my future goals. Hence, why I made an appointment for Financial Advisory. I'm seeking an institution that will invest in me the way i plan to invest in it. BofA is not a place i will be investing in. Therefore, in 90days time, I will be removing all money for this company, and I will seek another. I do, however, thank you for the assistance you provided. It was a huge eye opener. God bless.

I don't see why all the negative reviews, the few times my husband and I have come in here have felt like a dream compared to other locations. This location was always very quick and spot on with customer service from the Tellers and this last time I had to open an account and I did so with a wonderful lady named Lizbeth. She was very Professional and Courteous! She went above and beyond getting everything squared away and now I have my own account here and can cash my checks the proper way! I appreciated her attention to detail and great follow up through text! She really did what a decent banker is supposed to do plus wanted to make sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns! Now, I call that Being On Top Of Business and I felt very well taken care of! She should get a raise for sure! Thank you, Lizbeth, you made my day super bright! This will be my new Go To Banking Location, Yay!!

If I could give less I would. Went to have docs notarized and she tells me she's not comfortable doing the notarizing, how is that. Wasted rime here for nothing. Usless service

Still no word as to why a Wells Fargo check was being held on my acct for 10days!! Wells Fargo cleared it but BofA, ive been banking with since 1983 with no prior problems since I opened my acct held the check. Ridiculous!!! No manager emailed me or called. I tell you what BofA.. right now you have the worst customer service scores on yelp. And I see it's for a good reason .. Good to know.

Came to this branch to withdraw cash, the outside ATM is down, one inside is also down and the one working doesn't have any cash. I don't live in this area I live in Lakewood and I know this would never happen in Lakewood. Only in Compton.

Never really been inside as I only come to their ATM but the few times that I have gone inside I've always been greeted at the door and can say their employees are always having a good day. I also like their drive thru as most banks of America's in my area don't have any but this one is the closest one with a drive through, great for when I have the kids with me and I'm trying to make a quick deposit it withdrawal. Plus it's in a good shopping center that's a plus, parking is big too

I'm came everyday here and I always take long time making line. Most of the time they have only one cashier available. They are very nice but management need to hire more people.

Worse service here, wanted to make me wait for over 30 mins for a replacement card and the host wasn't even busy!
