After 10 years of not visiting AutoZone for horrible service in the past, today this location and employee Jasmine restored my faith to customer kind service toward AutoZone. At least this location . She was knowledgeable towards me and my father. She went out of her way to redeem a coupon that we had. We’re definitely coming back to this establishment .

It depends on which location you visit. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPTON AUTOZONE!!! The cashiers work at a snails pace and are unfamiliar with their store's inventory and where it is placed on the floor.I drove to the Torrance location and it was the complete opposite.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I received at your store (#2850) on May 14th. As a loyal customer of Auto Zone, I expected better treatment than what I experienced. After finding the item I wanted to purchase, I approached a store clerk (Alberto) and asked which line I should stand in to make my purchase. The clerk was clearly tired and frustrated and responded in a very rude manner, instructing me to get in the line for parts. Despite his tone, I complied with his instructions and waited patiently in line. When it was finally my turn to make my purchase, I was met with further rudeness from the cashier who appeared to be uninterested in helping me. To make matters worse, a line formed in front of the cash register, which caused confusion for myself and other customers. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he responded condescendingly and failed to acknowledge that the situation could have been avoided with a simple sign to indicate which line to stand in. I requested to speak to the manager (Jesse B) to resolve the situation, but was met with a disappointing response. The manager failed to diffuse the situation and instead blamed me for causing a scene. This was extremely disrespectful and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that customers are treated with respect and provided with better customer service in the future.

I called. They asked me if they could put me on hold. I said yes. After being on hold for ten minutes, I called back. I was asked to placed on hold, again, I said no. They put me on hold, anyway. When I called back time number three and four, they immediately put me back on hold...I called Autozone store in Compton, where I was helped, and satisfied...Compton Store 10 stars...
