I had 4 free hot chocolates and a free medium fountain for free. The lady CHARGED me a 16oz and not the 12oz on all 4 she charged one 16oz but the rest 12oz. Don’t come here if you have free stuff the staff get mad or try to charge you for a different thing. AND it wouldn’t show how much everything cost on the credit card thing.

Every time I go in this store they wanna charge me different for a refill. The graveyard crew Juan and the other cashier would not give me his name and then kicked me out of the store because I said I was calling corporate on them. Juan is rude and the other guy is just scary! I almost fell on there wet floor! A refill is $1!!!!!! Not $1.69 very bad customer service PERIOD

I bought some freezes from this store but upon tasting it, it tasted off and not only that but I'm not feeling well after drinking some of it... From my experience working with soda and soft drink machines, the kind of funk I tasted gave me the impression the machine may not be very clean. Needless to say I will be avoiding the self-serve here.

I went in a little after work around 12 to get wraps and I told him can I have a different he went on tell say they are all the same long story short it end with “YOU PEOPLE” customer service Is HORRIBLE

By far, crappiest AMPMRude staff, dirty, cold drinks are not really cold.Half of the gas pumps, don't even work. Had to move 3 times to find a working pump

I got 2 double cheeseburgers, an energy drink and a water. The clerk charged me$16!? Maybe I neglected to check the price, but I got robbed,imop. I was hungry after delivery, so i didn't gripe to much about it. The clerk was nice enough, so I doubt it's it was deliberate .

You guys are 24hrs and you have the doors locked and a sign like this open at 5am! Then you're not 24hrs - this is the second time I came at midnight and it's closed with this sign! Never again

I bought quite a bit of merchandise here employee Vicky and Jaime were extremely mean. I mean I'm paying my money for the owner we are all customers. If anything they should be grateful the supervisor is rafa here at the Compton location I'm never coming back I spent 40 on stuff plus 25 on gas to be treated poorly by imbesils. So I'm going to write a letter to the owner or the corporate office I see previous reviews nothing has been done to change this. I asked for there number the lady called vickie said Google it. I'm in the middle of my transaction she's saying next. Like I'm a number...I need an apology from that employee or I'll take further action to have the corporation get new employees

Place is cool when Vicky isn’t around. Other attendants are coo. They don’t trip on the drinks since it’s not coming out if they’re pocket. Don’t mix the coffee into the XXL cup or else she’ll charge you for 3 drinks

On a daily people are rushing to get somewhere and of course they need has to do so….. you can only hope and pray that you get to an establishment with empathy and concern for human kind. Just now a man started screaming while sitting in his car directly in front of ampm another man came to help him as he said he was having a heart attack or stroke he was cringed in his front seat. I ran into the store to ask the cashier to call 911 and he responded “ what you want me to do I got a line and I’m the only one here” my heart hurts that anyone would think not to help another that patronized a bussiness that pays you? it’s scary/sad to think the employee thought to get the line down instead of call or assist ! He would not even allow a lady to jump ahead and pay for a water for the man? I pray he is never in a position where he needs help. I hope the owner see this and responds by teaching his employees emergency procedure until then I will never visit this location again and would suggest others do not …It’s apparent that customers don’t matter and lives don’t either.. thanking God the man was ok…
