I had 4 free hot chocolates and a free medium fountain for free. The lady CHARGED me a 16oz and not the 12oz on all 4 she charged one 16oz but the rest 12oz. I went in a little after work around 12 to get wraps and I told him can I have a different he went on tell say they are all the same long story short it end with “YOU PEOPLE” customer service Is HORRIBLE
