Couldn’t conduct business during lunch hour because the bank had no tellers. It was open and I saw 4 employees but none were helping or processing customers. When asked if there was anyone helping, on of the employees rudely said “I only have one teller”. Skip this branch.

A waste of time waiting in line from 1hr yo 2 hrs this is all the time 1 teller for 20 clients I will be closung my account and take my business elsewhere

The Lady manager is very Rude and Unprofessional. I won’t go back to this location. The worst guest experience you can ever have!

It took forever to print a piece of paper!the bank was empty on a week day I don’t have an idea why they took forever… Unbelievable

This location is usually short staffed, so expect to wait at least 20 minutes at almost any time unless you’re lucky. The teller I had recently was very kind and apologetic though.

I was waiting outside at 9am on the dot for them to open and when I went in, there was at least 5 employees working that I saw. Yet there was only one bank teller. So a 5 person line became a 10 person within minutes. a supervisor was making the tills for the other register but shouldn't they do that 5 to 10 min before they open the doors. Literally no one up front for a good while, minutes at a time. I even waited so long that I had enough time to Google the place, read all the reviews and even right mine own review.

***BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE***i agree with everyones experience. I rushed to the bank before it closes and found the line leading outside the Wellsfargo's entrance. I waited for 30 minutes and realized there was only 1 teller with a supervisor walking around in the background gathering paper work instead of putting the work aside to provide service to the customers who are tired and frustrated. I was extremely disappointed with their service.

Second week in raw having my appointment canceled . Very unprofessional…first I have to set up an appointment then wait week or two and after waiting appointment is canceled…

The lines here are never short! Expect to wait 25+ minutes every time. Horrible! You'd think they'd be more prepared being in such a commercial area where people come during their lunch to handle business. No one wants to spend half their lunch waiting in a line.

Only 1 teller in the bank, the outside atm doesn't work 1 hour to wait outside in the cold. TERRIBLE SERVICE... Except for the security guy, he's nice.
