Had one of the best sales I've seen on Black Friday!!! Everything was 60% off and they had some really good things too! Spent 100 bucks there and got two button ups, a pair of sweats, 2 hoodies, and a nice Pendleton jacket as well.....good stuff!!!

Don't spend your money with this company. They owe me more than $200 for a return from 2 weeks ago. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone or for customer service to get back to you. If they do get back from you it's only after you've wasted hours of time trying to contact them and you've had to get nasty about it. And the only response will be some BS excuses to buy themselves more time. Still waiting on my refund which is a pretty large amount of money. 2 weeks is unacceptable to still not have my money back. Some people wouldn't be able to afford to lose that much money for that amount of time. Like that could really hurt some people. They don't care. Like I said, UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER purchase from them again or support their company in any way, shape or form. I will continue to spread the word that people shouldn't spend their money with them either.

Came to do some Christmas shopping here. The store is nice and neat. They have a nice variety of clothing for men. Women and a small little section for kids. They had a great sale going on and I was able to find some gifts. They have nice sweatshirts, sweat pants, t-shirts and other clothing. I found a few sweatshirts and tshirts for the family. Their customer service was very disappointing. There were two employees in the store. Not one person offered to help. We asked about finding a size large for some sweatshirts and they just that the sizes are all mixed in there. Well. We had already looked and didn't find it. The other employee was in front folding some clothing and saw me trying to get a top that I couldn't reach. He walked away. Luckily another customer in the store helped. I don't shop in the store very much and probably wouldn't come back.

The manager Victor, was condescending and racist towards me. On top of that, the store only gave me 3 out of the 4 ($30) shirts I bought...When I asked for the product I had paid for and a receipt, I was met with aggressiveness and borderline racist comments from Victor...I have since taken this issue to the HR department of Volcom CA. UPDATE SOON

The gentleman dressed in all black with black hair in a ponytail was extremely helpful to my husband, he helped us find the right size and style that we were looking for. The nice guy even suggested some new items that we took advantage to. Def visiting again.

I believe I was helped by a guy named Matt, he was very helpful when my girlfriend and I were shopping here. Just don't like the 14 day return policy.
