Please sort the staff out. I went to do upgrade but they ran out of stock on Saturday but decided to order it online just to find out I can pick up my order. Looks like one staff was lazy to check the back when I went there personally but one staff took the time to fulfill the online order. I go there I gave my info and received the order. Not sure if the staff who said they are out of stock was hiding once he saw me coming to pick up my order I did online

If I could give this place zero stars i would. I can't do it because it won't let me leave this terrible review for this store. We were DECEIVED and LIED to when performing changes to the wireless account. We went to the store to fix an issue with a couple of the devices on the account. An employee by the name of DAVID assured us he would be able to fix the issue without fail and restore my insurance coverage on all my devices that I had active. The issue was never fixed and upon returning to the store and providing text message proof to the employee and store manager, they stated that they could not fix anything and that my insurance coverage could not be re added. I've been a customer of Verizon for almost 15 yrs and not once had I been unsatisfied until now. I guess loyalty and thousand of dollars spent mean nothing because they failed to even offer an alternative or resolution. I asked to have someone higher than the store manager look into my situation and was denied the request. I highly recommend you do not come here. They will mislead you and screw up your account for sure

Hernan & Ulisis and we're fantastic. Hernan walked us through the entire process of getting our hotspot and we had a great time. He kept it stress free and was very knowledgeable! Thank you guys

I chose their "24/7" locker pickup thinking it would be super convenient to pick up my new iPhone. Boy was I wrong. I promptly received a message that my order was ready for pickup. Drove about 40 minutes to get here. I arrived at around 6:15 (6pm is the store's closing time) and put in my info on the screen, clicked the security link I was sent etc. I expected a locker to open but absolutely nothing happened. The locker was stuck, I flagged down a guy inside to try to help me. He was useless, couldn't even get the locker to open for me. God forbid they lift a finger. Sure they were closed but 1000% not my fault the locker did not open! You cannot offer 24/7 pick-up and not give 24/7 pick-up. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order and now I'm stuck in this hell of a loop waiting for my trade-in device to clear for trading in again, and my "contract" to be fully cancelled to re-do this thing all over (at a different location, if that wasn't already obvious). Steer clear of this ghetto location.

Horrible customer service. Considering I used to be a manager at a Verizon store, I understand what it takes to keep a customer happy. The first rep helped us out to buy a new phone and said he was unable to help us set up the phone because he had other clients waiting. This isn't all that bad though because I understand what it's like to have a busy store and clients waiting. He allowed us to stay and set up the phone on our own. After a minute or two the second rep, claiming he was a manager, came in and told us he was going to charge us $40 for setting up our own phone in his store. Didn't offer any help in any way shape or form but wanted payment for sitting in his store. Absolutely ridiculous. The bar has been set very low for customer service coming from a MANAGER.

Let me put this nicely.. if you want to avoid idiocracy then avoid this store at all costs. Worst Verizon experience I've had and I've never had a bad experience with any Verizon in-store visits.. what a waste of time

all the reviews about this place are 100% correct. a bunch of employees that don't want to do their job & just have you settle your problem over the phone & not help. 0 stars! sit in traffic and drive to the next verizon store!

I would rather drive in traffic than go to this Verizon & it's waking distance. Went in for a store pick up (e-mail said it would take 2-3 hours to be ready) went in after waiting the time & was told it wasn't ready. Then the salesman Sergio kept insisting that we purchase one in store & let the in store pick up cancel itself. Which I should have watched out for cause he clearly only cared about getting his sale in store & even tried to charge us over what was quoted in the email. After an hour 1/2 apparently they thought it was fraud since he tried to upload another credit app he then gave the nastiest attitude & just got up & walked away with no explanation. I had to get up & tell the manager to finish the sale cause Sergio was so unprofessional. After they noticed things were going south they THEN processed the original in store pick up & said it was ready!!!! Save yourself the time & go to another Verizon in the area.

Worst customer service ever. Bunch of young kids with attitudes. Would not help me port a number. I would rather go to the DMV than here. They just ask you to call the customer service line from your phone and then get upset when you tell them you have already done this. Terrible place. Thanks "Vanessa" for your awful attitude.

Don't Come to Verizon In commerce Idk if other Verizon stores operate The same way but This place in commerce is Horrible a Bunch of Scammers just Trying to get their Sales On. If You have questions about your account or any issue you may have & Come Here they try to avoid helping you by telling you call their Support Team, They love to brush people off, Their System & the way they run things is just so flawed.

I went in to upgrade 2 phones on my account, purposely went first thing when the store opened. There was no other customers but me. The Verizon rep Vanessa S was so rude, I questioned a invoice she printed out regarding the new devices and from there she became unresponsive. I asked if she can explain the remainder of the invoice she provided she then stated "I thought you where reading it" none the less everything after was non communication. The rep did not explain nothing other then these are the boxes to send your devices back. She put both phones (boxes) in a bag after taking pictures of the barcodes of the boxes and I left. I leave the store, realize when I am home she gave me the wrong color of phone. Over all DO NOT DO NOT go to this Verizon store at commerce. It's so sad the customer service they provide to customers who are willing to spend money with there services.

Big shout out to Osmar! I was in adding a line and he was super helpful and really made a tough day much easier. Overall, the store is clean and staff is great, but Osmar is the best! Thanks!
