I drop off 2 of my important mail here and the receiver never get it. I have to deal with late stuff and payment since they never get it and make my life difficult. I actually went inside and drop it off also so I don't even know how they do their job at all. The 1st time I thought receiver lost it but 2nd time it for sure it them. So from that on I alway go different USPS.

The people here is very helpful. The man in front desk knows all details about USPS service, he is really good. 5 star for him!

The customer service phone system is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. Any question or problem out of the ordinary canned response menu can not be address. Impossible to reach an agent without jumping through hoops. So frustrating and a waste of time. Our tax money should go to better use!

Lost 4 packages in the last 6 months all delivered to the wrong address 4 were brought to me by those residence 1 never showed up and I'm out 40.00

Worst Delivery Service our 30 years experice with USPSDelivery person does not want to carry anythig 10lb more and They said they are suppost to do pick up service from us. It is only if they have space in their car. it that true, i don't get it.

Its a government office, what else can you expect?Long times, annoying/rude staff, terrible hours, incompetence, etc. If you need to actually get a package somewhere, use UPS or FedEX

Worst service ever they literally walked to the back when me and a pregnant lady walked into the place and ignored for a 10 minutes worst service ever I suggest the lady there be replaced.

This is my local post office, and every time I come in here the staff is very pleasant. I was there today and was not in the best mood (mailing a letter to my partner which I have not seen in months because of the pandemic - I was feeling down) the person helping me started a conversation and actually brightened up my day. It was exactly what I needed on a day like this. It’s not just about doing your job, it’s about also being human.

Can’t even talk to someone regarding my order smh. I had an order attempt that wasn’t made because the worker was lazy I guess. In my email it said a failed attempt to deliver an couldn’t access the delivery point ?? How if this isn’t the first time I order something

I had dropped off six manilla folders, that we're already self-stamped, by the amazon.com label. I had given the six Manila envelopes to Mike, a postal worker, that had to work behind the counter, and he became enraged, because he demanded that next time I need to submit a special form, because I was wasting his time by giving him the extra folders for him to mail. I already had filed a complaint with USPS. If you have any complaints with this post office, or the workers they need to be held accountable.
