“Over the years we have purchased at least 6 military surplus tents from RDD (the very large 18'x36' tents). RDD modified our tents with custom doors and window additions. Great service and custom modifications!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with the amazing team at the Juicy Leaf to send 5 personalized tropical plants to my best friends scattered around the Los Angeles area for Valentine's Day. Living in Sacramento, I was initially concerned about the logistics, but thanks to the outstanding assistance from both Felix and Felipe, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.Felix went above and beyond to involve me in every step, providing updates and seeking my input to guarantee things were perfect. Budget considerations were also a priority for me, and I was extremely grateful for the effort Felix put into keeping costs within my preferred range. From the outstanding kind and empathetic customer service, to all of the personal touches, I cannot recommend the Juicy Leaf enough. Whether you're a local or ordering from a different city like me, Juicy Leaf is a reliable and trustworthy choice. Thank you Felix and Felipe for making this love day extra special for some of my favorite people <3”

“Amazing store! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and really understand their clientele. A lot of great finds with a variety of sizes (beyond 'straight' sizes at regular stores), and they encourage you to try on anything you like since how sizes fit are so arbitrary!”

“Pretty impressed with this business. A lot of selection and prices are really great (comparing to businesses near by that sell the same thing for a lot more). The store is really nice and clean, and they always have a lot of clothes to choose from. I will be returning and recommend to anyone!”

“Bright and open! Music playlist on point. Fun clothing selections and a $20 sale rack! Bought a designer Italian men’s blazer for $20. Melynda knows how to take good care of her customers.”

“Came on a Saturday but still had the honor of meeting the resident shop manager, Sunday the Cat! The employees are super kind and welcoming and willing to answer any questions. The store is large with both guys and gals sides and had a more relaxed atmosphere than most "vintage" places I've experienced around LA.The prices on both vintage and modern pieces were so reasonable, lots of items under $10 and there's a $1 rack out front. The fitting rooms are closed for now but you can try on the items over your clothes. They do not purchase items from customers and source from wholesale overseas. Love this place..!!”

“I Love this shop! Very well curated and so many gems at the store! I bought one of my favorite jackets from here!I love supporting small businesses like Curatorial Department and buy sustainably!”

“This place has the most amazing collection of vintage work wear! I recently popped in and purchased the most beautiful and unique vintage work jacket. While admiring the jacket, the owner was able to describe to me (in detail) the jacket's history. He told me the jacket was constructed in Asia in the 1950's and shipped to France where the style was worn frequently by blue collar workers. Thus, it is a beautiful combination of both vintage French work wear and unique Asian details. Every time I wear the jacket I get tons of compliments because it is so pretty and so unusual!Golden Age also sells the most stunning vintage reproduction high heels. The owner designs them himself! If you have ever tried to wear vintage high heels then you will appreciate Golden Age's reproductions. They are made with all of the same beautiful details of vintage shoes but are not cracking and falling apart like true vintage shoes are! This store and the lovely man who owns it are an absolute treasure!”

“Awesome vintage shop. Well curated. They carry lots of casual wear (denim, graphic & band t-shirts, jackets, boots, etc), but there's also a nice range of knitted sweaters, skirts, & blazers. Styles range from the 1960's to Y2K. Esp love their 80's gear! Although I didn't purchase anything last time i visited, I still had fun browsing. I appreciate the great selection. Friendly staff. Will be back!”

“This boutique is beautifully curated with lots of cute clothes (sizes varying w an equal variety from S to 3X). Great deal for clothes mostly $15 with a few priced up or down slightly. I LOVEEE that it is sustainable resale fashion & a job opportunity program. The ladies running the shop were helpful and lovely!”

“Not only does Starday have an incredible vintage inventory (especially for us 40's/50's/60's era vintage lovers) but they also have an incredible tailor! I brought in a 1950's era wedding dress for some pretty major alterations & Christian worked some serious magic!! If you're opting for a vintage gown for your wedding/event or just need some vintage pieces tailored by someone who actually understands the fabrics & techniques of each era, you absolutely must go see Christian! (Will share photos of the dress on this review once my wedding day photos come in!)”

“If you're looking for some very nice thrift this is the place to go!They have a great blend of different decades and everything is nice quality.I found an amazing pair of shoes but they were too large by a size.Their pricing is completely fair.I'm adding to my list of mystery stop at thrift shops!”

“Pretty good stuff for really good prices from what I've seen, lots of clothes, tools, and general curiosities. I went there today to browse, I was fairly late and plenty of shops were closing up but I still saw some good stuff and bought a couple penguin classics books for 1 dollar each.”

“Was there on Friday, 16th June, 2023, at 5:00pm and the store was open. Entered the store of diverse antiques and collectibles. I enjoyed the variety of items available and my friend and I did make some nice fun purchases. The gentleman that helped us mentioned that they hadn't been opened much this year but were going to try to have regular week day later afternoon hours and some on the weekend. There are two phone numbers listed on Google maps. Not sure if the numbers are active or answered. We were at King Richard's Antique Mall, Whittier, CA, that Friday afternoon and this shop is just north about three blocks. Enjoy!”

“This is the type of place where you never know what you're going to get, so give yourself plenty of time to explore and try things on. It's a small place, but it really packs in a lot of clothes, accessories, etc. When I went I easily found parking across the street from the church, it's a small space next to the church and parking lot for what I believe is a public library. There was a clothing rack outside, but the door is usually locked even during business hours, unfortunately because theft has been an issue. The woman who I assumed owned the business was very friendly and helpful. There is a rack that is covered with cloth, she explained this is a special rack where the clothes are very delicate, so she has to size people before they try clothes from this rack on because they can break easily. I've never had somebody size me before trying on their clothes, but it didn't offend me and I get it. Vintage clothing sizes are literally all over the place and for a small business I imagine expenses can easily add up if people are accidentally ruining your most expensive and delicate pieces.”

“Supergoodie, just as the name suggests has tons of super goodies! From amazing vintage silk shirts and great leathers, to perfect 80s prom dresses and unique blouses, there’s a ton of cool gems here. Plus Lynette the owner is so kind and the staff are super help. A true silverlake vintage staple IMO.”

“Has the rarest goods out there. I was really impressed with the items they had, ranging from Raf Simons to Greg Lauren. This is one of my favourite shops in L.A. I ended up leaving with a stunning leather Undercover jacket. The owners were happy to help with any questions i had. It would be my pleasure to visit again. If you are into Archive or High-End fashion, this is a place for you!”

“It's a vintage t-shirt and funky dress paradise. What's even better is that most items are priced under $50, making it a budget-friendly haven for fashion enthusiasts. Whether you're hunting for unique, nostalgic t-shirts or eye-catching dresses, this store has you covered. It's a must-visit for anyone with a love for vintage fashion and affordable finds.”

“Visited from out of state. Free parking on the side. Handbags, shoes, clothing, and accessories. High-quality, limited finds, so the prices reflect that. I am not sure how to compare pricing as I don't shop luxury brands, and I imagine the prices would be different where I live. The customers appeared to enjoy the selections.”
