I purchased a sapphire and diamond ring from US Liquidation. The ring was supposedly valued and appraised at 9100.00 US dollars. I paid 1202.40. I received the ring and a so called appraisal (not AGS certified) First, either the person that did the proposal was either legally blind, a fake or just plainly didn't know what they were doing. The ring pictured doesnt even match the appraisal. It has horrible inclusions across the ring. I took it to a local jeweler because you could tell immediately it wasnt worth what they said. I was shocked. The ring has a retail value of 600.00 at best. The stone is totally low grade, the prongs don't even match. On several of the stones there are replacement prongs in yellow (the ring is white gold).

Great product but shipping was SLOW. Won a necklace and a pair of earrings. Price was great, but shipping took it's sweet time. On top of that I had to stay home to sign for the package, which was a pain. I understand that these are high value items, but the shipping could have been faster. Other than that love the items/quality.

This was the best experience I ever had at a jewelry store! Great staff with great selection. I bought an engagement ring here and not once did I feel pressured to buy anything or to make a decision I wasn't 100% confident with. The team there walked me through every step of the way and even honored a promotion for me for no interest even when it wasn't running yet.

This auction house charges you a “Buyer's Premiumâ€, as if it is somehow a great privilege that you are allowed to buy from them. Just think about it. Would you go into any other business and pay this. Go into any major or minor retailer. Pick say $1000.00 in merchandise. You get your sales slip and they want $1250.00 plus any applicable taxes. You show them the mistake and they tell you it is a “Buyer's Premiumâ€. Would you pay it? Why pay it here? The hammer price is the same as the price in a retail shop. Why are you paying more?
