Getting used to the way this terminal operates initially was difficult - we struggled at first getting through to someone in operations who could set us up with our unique pickup needs.However, once we got a sense of how they operated, they have performed perfectly. They run a tight ship and a smooth operation, and our company is grateful for that. There are only a handful of LTL companies on which we can depend for actually smooth operation and I'm quite happy to say this is definitely one of them. I've been quite impressed at how this carrier has developed since it became TForce, and we're happy to continue to send business their way.

This terrible facility , my appointment was 11 pm and they told me get out of the facility because they are working on it and come back after 2 amWhen I came back at 2 am the load was loaded in the wrong trailer own by other company they don’t care about your trailer this the worst company in the United States. The facility name is Tforce / ups. It is terrible place and best place to waste your time right is 6:22 am and I am still waiting for the load I have been waiting from 11 pm yesterday to right now and They asked me to move trailer not mine to the dock instead asking yard move doing this job. I have to do his job. This is unbelievable experience. It is going to be my last time to be here.

took many phone calls. even though you asked them to call us before the delivery, they never do. one simple phone call prior to the delivery would have saved me couple of $$.

I have been working in the industry for a few years as a freight broker and have never met someone as helpful as Tracy in dispatch.She has been an absolute pleasure and has gone above and beyond to help myself and my customer out. Some of the best service I've ever experienced. Thank you Tracy!

**NOTE: I AM NOT A TRUCK DRIVER, JUST A GUY PICKING UP A PALLET**Let me tell you, this company it seems impossible to get anyone to contact you, and from the candid responses of employees that is an undeniable truth. However, if you take a chance and go down to the office you will be greeted with great service. Security at the gate, was not helpful at all, but not at all rude. I arrived at 8am which was too early as they were busy loading up the out bound trailers. Tracy helped me in the office, she was the best. Wayne loaded me up, true professional.I only hope they can improve their messaging on their website/ phone lines to better assure novice freight customers like me.Hopefully this review is helpful to others in my situation, it isn't that bad and the humans working there are nice honest people once you get to talk to them.

Really bad experience….!!!That stole my trailerThey send my trailer with out permission to another state….!!!They don’t want no responsibilityThat stolen my trailer….!!!I never recommend this companyand please think about to drop your trailer inside the UPS locations…
