I got to the store when they were closing, there was an older gentleman he helped me even though they were closing. I had to deliver that package by that night. He went out of his way to help me I was grateful for his helpfulness. I would definitely recommend this UPS store.

TODAY I CALLED THIS STORE TO ASK A QUESTION. AND SPOKE WITH DAVID HE GAVE ME EVERY ANSWER I WANTED TO KNOW .VERY RESPECTFUL AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to drop off a package but was greated by being starred up and down. the guy at the front was helping the guest in front of him as he just looked me up and down. He also looked up and down at my partner I came in with, then back to looking at me up and down. His face had subtitles without a mask on, the look of disgust. seriously, as old as he was, he could have done better, just actually greet someone and not dog them. Walking up, I told him hello, I need xyz. Super uncomfortable, as I caught him staring as I walked away.

1 star rating staff is rude, when a package is customer box the world stops and they all of a sudden forget how to help and expect you to buy a box. Fortunately, I had a box in my car i advised the employees that I had a box I removed the label from bag and the employee with the Afro freaked out

Our shipment was not picked up by the UPS driver for 2 days so end up bringing our heavy and large quantity of boxes to this UPS store. This difficult task was made easier by the accommodating and very helpful crew. They are simply awesome.

They do live scans here. Very quick and kind staff. You can also print the forms there if needed. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

I never come to the UPS store but this one time that I did, it was enough for me to give the place 5 stars. I came in because I was looking for an envelope. A regular letter envelope and I needed it fast. I tried 3 places around there. Couldn't seem to find any without driving further. The man at the ups store didn't have any either. He was kind enough to give me an envelope that is typically used for a packet of documents or even a small gift. That was really nice of him. Maybe he noticed that I was in a hurry or something. Not sure. Anyway, thank you to that employee. I appreciate you. If you want friendly service and need to send something out... visit the commerce ups store

I've been renting a mailbox at this location, I don't understand some of the complaints about this location but staff here has always been nice to me here, I highly recommend this place!

The employees were really rude didn't want to help out and said that my shipping label was not clear when it was. No wonder they have really bad ratings there!

I used UPS Store #5391 to pickup, pack and ship a delicate figurine that I purchased from an Auction not too far from the store. They did an Excellent job. They were very courteous, responsive and fairly priced. I highly recommend them for packing and shipping services.
