I want to shed light on a concerning issue that has been affecting small businesses like ours for the past five years - the lack of care and support from UNFI, a once customer-centric natural grocery chain.In the past, UNFI was known for its exceptional customer service and dedication to supporting small businesses. However, it has become increasingly evident that their focus has shifted solely to the bottom line, disregarding the needs and concerns of their loyal customers.As a small business owner, I have personally experienced the detrimental effects of UNFI's lack of care and attention. Our assigned representative never bothers to visit us or return our calls, leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported. We have reached out countless times, only to be met with silence and indifference. This lack of communication has had severe consequences for our business, as we struggle to meet our customers' demands and maintain a steady supply of products.Furthermore, UNFI's constant increase in the minimum order requirements has placed an unfair burden on small businesses like ours. It is disheartening to witness how these changes drive entrepreneurs to the point where they are unable to order essential products, hindering their growth and success. This shift in focus from nurturing small businesses to solely prioritizing the bottom line not only lacks integrity but also contradicts the values that UNFI once stood for.I am sharing this post to raise awareness about the need for UNFI to reevaluate its priorities and return to its roots of supporting small businesses. It is crucial that they recognize the importance of customer care and the impact it has on the success of their customers. By neglecting the needs of small businesses, UNFI is not only jeopardizing their own reputation but also hindering the growth and prosperity of the very customers they once championed.#smallbusiness #smallbusinesssupport

Horrible customer service, especially the little Bee at lumper services, is prepotent ,lazy. And she won't send you any message when you truck it gets done. That's pathetic.

The worst company ever! Don’t waste your time shopping with them. They don’t know how to treat clients, very disrespectful 3 1/2 hour on the call the answer, but they never sent my order.

Person in charge at 275 real Ahole!! Says who ever gives him a hard time he will make that person wait longer! This indivial thinks he is still in his country to do such action! This person needs to change jobs or return to his country!

I was just following all the rules of the road when it one of their drivers who looked old and decrepit with a gray beard and sunglasses, honked really loud at me and kept tailgating my car, and flipping me off, when I was in the right of way, I thought he was honking at someone else until it he kept tailgating me. It just started raining today, so that is how I know their drivers don't care about public safety
