I went in to Under Armour at The Citadel this morning to pickup some last minute workout clothes since I'm on vacation from the Bay. I wasn't entirely familiar with this location but Jake was so helpful and has the best customer service ever! I needed a full get up recommendation and he was more than glad to assist and show me where everything was. Would definitely stop by again when I'm in town! Thanks Jake

Store put 0 effort into applying my gift card to my purchase. Just told me it was empty, even though I was confident it was unused. I still made the full price purchase and left. While in the parking lot. I made one attempt to check the balance and seen the $30. Now I have to go back to get my refund and receive the correct price.
