RUDE!! I went to exchange a pair of boots that someone gifted me for the same style in a different size. However, the manager and employee at the register were unprofessional and rude.

Terrible service, try to change. A pair of boots. They obviously had a factory problem when walking, it felt like a ball. I didn't use them. Because of the discomfort. The sole was clean. And not worn. Since I only tried them on at home and when walking I felt the problem, you feel it even if you just put your hand inside the boot. But the cashier said I won't change them, they are used. But I told him please put your hand in and feel the problem, I don't want my $$, I just want to exchange it for the same ones that don't have that problem and he said no, with a bad attitude, I won't go back to that place, people. You can see how little they want to work.

The worse service EVER!!!! We walked in found what we liked, asked an associate if she could help us find our size. She rolled her eyes then said in a minute. There were tons of sizes at the top. That we seen with our own eyes. Even boxes behind boxes! The girl came over and looked down at the shelves in front of us and told us no. I then asked her can you check up there, I see a bunch more boxes. She then got a ladder looked without even moving things and said no. I asked her could she at least check the computer. She then walked over to the register where 3 girls that worked there were standing. Pulled another girl aside and told her and that girl Elsa or something similar to that name told her no. I asked why not, then she said I don't have it I looked and we only have size 7 and 9. Which clearly was not the case bcz I seen 6 & 10 as well. I told her that and she gave me attitude and said we are not looking. I asked her for the store manager and she said there wasn't one. I told her there had to be since the store was open. Someone had to be in charge, then she changed the story to her manager was on lunch. I told her they had very bad customer service. She then said I don't understand the problem. I told her everyone had attitude. I told her I was going to write a review and she said she didn't care. I then told her I was going to make a complaint to corporate and she wouldn't give me any names of the associates helping or in charge. The worst service ever. I went in to buy a couple of boots and I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. Not ever wanting to go there again.

Worst customer service. I bought some boots and they wouldn’t let me exchange for a different size only do a return and repurchase.Yenifer at the cashiers was no help.

Daisy is full of life! She made my family and I have an amazing shopping experience. Daisy is such a great seller! We all walked out with something. Daisy has such a bright personality. She was also very funny and such an UGG EXPERT!!!

Sebastian happen to be my cashier when I came to return something I asked several questions, I was looked at like I was looked through no answers, I would have rather exchange them return, but he was no help at all. I tried to engage him in a conversation, and I was practically ignored, not sure if it was because I’m African-American, but I felt very uncomfortable with our Inter- actions . I’m disappointed

Very bad customer service, I called on New Years since they were open, no answer at all. I tried calling today 1/5/24 still no answer at all. What's the point of a business having a phone if they aren't willing to pick up the phone calls & help guests out.

Waiting in the line during holidays is already burden enough. Allowing those who have exchanges cut and go ahead in line is a terrible thing to do when the line is long as is. Let them wait like the rest.Also, I know a worker didn’t fully check the back to see if the boots I asked her where there.

I’m calling at midday on a Monday, live store traffic report says not busy. Called like 10 times and no pickup. I’m literally calling to ask a 5 second question about whether or not they have something in stock. Employees gotta be lazy as all hell, I used to work retail, this is wild.

I haven't gone to the store because I was trying to call them because I live about 1 hour and a half away. I wanted to see if they had the Women's Tasman Slipper in stock so I did not have to drive there for nothing. I have been calling since 10am until now 12:19 and know one answers. It goes straight to the voice box. They should have a special person designated for the phone calls.
