Worst customer service ever worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit guy lied to me about the half off move in special ... they are rude and lazy inconsiderate people , they close early and clock out early leaving the site at 6 when it closes at 7 they were in the office and ignored customers that needed to use the restroom they are unprofessional I would not recommend anyone come do business here they need to be shut down immediately Jaime and Maria's What'ver her name was need to be fired

Can't say enough about Trojan Storage of Commerce! Marisa is wonderful to work with and her staff is attentive and courteous. The facility is top notch and brand new. Everything is clean, secure, and monitored 24/7. If you need storage, this is definitely the place.

Trojan Storage is in fact the place your looking for when storing your item's. Keep in mind it's located in Commerce next to Maywood, CA. This place is adorable, safe and so freaking clean. Check it out people! Good luck!

Excellent customer service! Jaime Arroyo was extremely helpful, patient , friendly and very, very informative. All of my questions were answered. The place is extremely clean and well kept. I honestly do recommend it.
