“So, wasn't expecting them to be honest, and keep their word on the quote , given on phone BUT was surprised , and he did !!! He said , " i quoted u that , so that is the price " ( 400.00 ) did look under hood , but said didn't need to start it , but pretty sure he had asked if it starts up ( beforehand he asked ) anyway, easy , fast transaction. I was screwed over by another company , few years ago. They had quoted about 250.00 or so. He only gave me 100.00 !!! Said some BS , about catalytic conv. or parts missing. Absolutely no parts were missing !!!! I was going to cancel , but i wanted car gone , becuz front neighbors were having a POD put there, to start packing large furniture items.”

“I have a 2012 VW beetle. I've had my car for a long time and have always been diligent about maintenance. Two months ago, a dealership recommended that I repair a number of "issues" with my vehicle which totaled around $2600. Without any photo evidence or explanation, I opted to get a second opinion by Mauricio. I am SO relieved that I did. He and his team did a thorough multi-point inspection (which I was not charged for). Mauricio was able to explain in detail what I needed and why I didn't need most of the other recommended services. I ended up paying only $500 for brand new front brakes (I was quoted $800 by the dealership). Thanks to Mauricio, my car now drives like butter.I should also note that Mauricio is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. As a woman, I felt that he was very respectful and did not talk down to me at all. If you are a woman and/or have a German vehicle - go see Mauricio!”
