A male employee was very rude !! Shouting at customers ! I overheard another staff calling him Carlos ! We left the store without buying anything . This is the worst TH store I’ve ever been to !!! It left a bad impression and bad memory if I’ll decide to enter another Tommy store in the future

Every time I visit Citadel Outlets, I have to stop by the Tommy Hilfiger store. While the discounts aren’t always as enticing as expected, with prices sometimes close to those in Los Angeles or Santa Monica, the variety of goods and the availability of sizes are impressive. Each visit to Citadel Outlets includes a stop here, and I’ve been there about four times, picking up a few items on each occasion.
